Loving Facility CGC

I would like to thank the Staff of this facility for the loving care and kindness they gave to my family member while she was there for rehabilitation 3 different times within a 2 year time frame. I have had a Mother, Aunt, Aunt in Law and several friends whose family have been there and have nothing but good things to say about this facility. While the location is a turn off for most people, I found the facility to be clean, comfortable and very homelike. The staff was exceptional and were always courteous, kind and helpful to my Mother and all of us when we visited. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I can't believe this has a 5 star rating. My dad has been in here for 10 days so far and they come in the morning put a diaper on him, and he sits in a wet diaper almost all day. Nobody comes in and checks on him. He is there for rehab and an evaluation and nothing seems to be getting accomplished.
