My husband was in TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing on Christmas eve. It was a nightmare, and I told them that. They were dirty. There was a shower, but there were no curtains, so I'm sure nobody could ever shower anyhow. The bathrooms were ensuite, but there were two people in a room and they were very stinky and not acceptable. The staff was not acceptable. They weren't cordial and they weren't helpful. It was Christmas eve, but I don't care what day it was. If your loved one goes there, it shouldn't matter if it's Sunday, Monday or Christmas, or Yom Kippur. You should have the treatment you should get every day. And I felt like it was lacking In every way, cleanliness, goodness, abilities. It was a very sad story. I didn't like it. The food was nasty. It's like they opened up cans and then they went to heat them. The room was standard, maybe ten by ten and there are two people in the room. The bed was so old, I don't know how they got electricity to them. They had us sign a waiver because the arm on the side of the bed wasn't big enough to hold people in. So I don't know what purpose it served.

TimberRidge Rehabilitation & Nursing Center appears to be very good from what you can see, and not being able to visit. My aunt seems to be happy there with regards to the staff.
