I’m very surprised that someone says something negative about this facility I took my brother there and the staff was extremely caring they were consistent and they were able to communicate about all of his needs this is just the best place ever I would recommend this place to anyone. The facility is very clean too. You can’t beat that. The food is good too.

This facility is very clean, the staff are very nice and caring. They are top notched when it comes to covid policies. The food is great. I feel very safe being in here.

I was sent to this facility by NCH after a knee replacement for rehab. I was put in a room & left for several hours. My 8pm meds were never given. At midnight a nurse came in to do an intake review. I was unable to use the toilet since it was not handicap accessible which I needed after the surgery, so again I was left alone with no toilet facilities for almost 11 hours. This place is awful. I would not send my worst enemy to this place. I called my husband at 8am the next morning, after a breakfast that was not fit for human consumption & told him to come get me before I started walking home, with or without a walker! I left ManorCare against my doctors wishes but I just could not stay there a minute longer.

If I could choose a negative number I would. I would not let my dog stay at this place. Cockroaches and disgustingly dirty facility. My mom had to stay one night because of a hospital screwup. The stench is urine was so strong just walking through the front door. Run do not walk from this place. You will not get the care you need and I felt my mother was in danger. Did I mention the cockroaches.
