I have a friend in South Pointe. The staff is nice. The facilities are poor. They are crowded. They have no space to walk around or do anything. It is like an old house. The rooms are OK, but they are kind of small. The food seems to be OK, but it is not healthy food. It is like regular food. Regarding activities, they play bingo and they have television.
