We had a very good tour experience at Lehigh Acres Place. They were very warm and very caring. It was a very homey place. We liked one apartment better than the other because it was a little bit bigger, and it had all the amenities that someone would need. The staff was very nice, very accommodating, and very informative. The place needed a little updating, but it's OK. The rugs in the hallways needed updating, but they said that's coming within the next year. They had a salon and an area with books in it. They had bingo games, jigsaw puzzles, and card playing. They had a lovely screened porch. In the middle was a courtyard with a garden.

We did a tour of Lehigh Acres Place, and we enjoyed that. We met with the lady there and she was fabulous. She covered all the bases, all our questions, and then some. So, we were really satisfied with that. The rooms were a little small, but the place was clean and friendly. They had a lot of activities. It was a place that we would have if we could have stayed in assisted living. We probably could have put my brother there. This was during the evening hours or late afternoon, and they were all eating a meal. So, there weren't any activities going on at that time, but they explained to us that there were a lot of weekly activities there. The living atmosphere was great. It was clean, and there was plenty of room, and space to move around. You have a place other than your room to go to, they had an outside garden and activity center. It was nice.

My dad moved in to this facility, as he started to need a tiny bit of assistance with his meds. This is a real joke! The food is very bad (they throw full plates of food away most of the time). They promised many activities, to keep my dad busy: nothing but a lie

I liked everything about Lehigh Acres Place. A couple of staff members that I met and the executive team were wonderful. They were very accommodating, open, and willing to work with you. They made about two or three follow-up calls. The common areas were pretty nice. They were a little above average. They seemed to have a lot of activities available for the people. The layout was easily navigated by someone in my brother-in-law's condition. The rooms were nice. They had a nice courtyard, a large activity area, a salon, and a nice dining room. There aren't that many people there, so it's a nice community.

Lehigh Acres Place is amazing. Honestly, the best part is probably the garden. They have a lot of different activities for them to do. The different places are clean and nice, decoration-wise. We just saw a studio room. It's a positive place. I just feel like the staff was able to do an in-depth assessment of the level of care that my parents would need on the spot. They were able to let us know a pretty accurate idea of what the cost will be.

I've toured Lehigh Acres Place, it was very nice. I thought it was set up very well and it was very clean. The staff who assisted us was very, very helpful and took us all through it. I liked the way it was laid out. And I talked to some of the people there, and they seem very well well-satisfied. They had somebody that comes in and they did work out with the people there.

I went to Lehigh Acres Place, it was very nice and very clean. I was very happy with the staff whenever I went to tour the place. I would have taken my dad there, but he was a little too independent for that place. I was highly satisfied with the tour. It was very clean and very welcoming, and they have a lot of activities for seniors.

My brother has moved into Lehigh Acres Place. So far, we're very pleased. There are a few little hurdles that we're going through; but for the most part, he's very happy there. He's on dialysis, and I was under the assumption when we signed in that they would transport him. I come to find out that is not the case. It was a little disappointing. His insurance would pay for homecare; but they don't have a license for it, so that was another hurdle. We're trying to get him on transport because these companies are outrageous with their prices. He goes three times a week, so it's a burden. For the most part, I'm very pleased with them. They're being very good about helping us. The staff members are wonderful. They go out of their way. He is on a special diet, and the chef is very mindful of what he's eating. I'm very pleased with that. They go right to his room and get him. He goes to church. He plays trivia and bingo. He's out there, so I'm very pleased with that. As far as cleanliness, it's excellent. I'd like to be paying less, but it is what it is. I'm paying some extra fees for move-in and all that stuff, but hopefully in the next few months it'll come down a little bit lower. I can't complain. I'm pleased with what's going on.

Lehigh Acres Place was very nice and I was very impressed with the tour. The community was a little smaller than the other one I visited and more personable. The rooms are smaller but it's only going to be for one person, but it would be adequate. Maybe the middle or larger room would be good, I think the small room would be a little too small. They have you buy your own furniture so it would be up to you how you would furnish it. The dining area was very spacious, very attractive, and seemed very nice. They had some nice lanai rooms and a garden to sit outside, but they didn't have a pool, a computer room, or a big game room. I met two people, the head guy and the nurse, they were very friendly and very nice. It's very clean, well-kept, the lawn was very well manicured, the room was very clean inside and very attractive. The staff I met were very professional and very friendly.

Lehigh Acres Place is where my mother stays. She loves it there. It's a nice facility with caring and nice people. She says the food is good and she loves the breakfast most of all. The facility is very nice and very clean too. The only activity I know they have is bingo, but before the pandemic, they had movie nights, Bible study, bowling nights, seafood or pizza nights, and different things. My mother really doesn't do all these because she goes out and does things with Hope Pace, and gets her exercises there.

I've moved into Lehigh Acres Place. It's very nice. It's small. I'm active here. The vast majority of the workers are competent. We don't have a second director right now, but they are in the process of searching for one. Everybody is trying to compensate for the lack of one. I like the workers overall. I'm relatively independent, but I get insulin injections, and that's what keeps me at a level two. They give me my medications. Food is excellent. I've gained 22 pounds since I moved here. The activities are very good. We have a lot of crafts and bingo. We have lots of activities. It's a small facility and we're not even at full capacity, and so it is nice and intimate. I know everybody, being I'm the resident ambassador here. One of my functions is to meet the new residents and make them feel comfortable.

We chose Lehigh Acres Place because of the price. The place is clean, the people seem to be very nice, and they have everything my parents need. They have activities, and they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff members are very helpful and give us updates. The communication is good. They're doing really well there and I'm happy. I go in there unannounced and everything is always nice.

Lehigh Acres Place was a smaller, quiet, peaceful place. We would have taken it, but they didn’t have an opening. They were OK. The staff was very nice, but they did not hit the spot, and I wanted to go see some others after that one. They are so small and difficult to get in.

My mother-in-law had stayed at Brookdale Lehigh Acres. We were happy with the staff. They tried and tried, but it did not work out. We ended up spending almost $6,000 on a private babysitter for the last months she was there. She had a room with a sink and a small refrigerator. The food was good.

It is supposed to be where my dad will be, but my daughter chose to keep him. The people were very pleasant and the place was very clean. Their residents seemed happy and the staff seemed very attentive.

It is right next to my doctor's office, so we just went there for a visit. They have very nice staff, but the place smelled musty, and the décor was very dated. The price was too high for what the community was offering. They seemed to have activities there, but we didn’t really look at the activities because once we got in there and we smelled the mustiness, we decided not to further investigate it. The rooms were smaller than what I thought it should be. For the price, they were very small.

We visited for my mother and I think it was very intimate and very homey. It only had 42 residents. I've only got to see one room and it was kind of small but very clean and homey. The staff seemed very nice and friendly from what I can tell. The facility overall was very nice.

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Then the further I walked the more people said greeted me. It was awesome. I don't know much about assisted living facilities but the people were very nice. The people staying there looked happy too. Though there were a few that looked a little bored that's why I only gave 4 stars. It's great that they have like their own apartments. There is even a salon and barbershop. It's more like a community then a facility. Plus the courtyard was absolutely gorgeous. I can tell they really take care of this area. I could see that the guests were really enjoying it. I have no family really close to Lehigh but if I did I believe I could be happy at a place like this.
