The best therapy department I’ve seen. My husband is a resident there. Most gave him no chance to return home. My husband is now ready to come home. He has had the benefit of a highly skilled and compassionate staff. I contribute this to an outstanding administration . I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for rehabilitation and skilled care.
I have had numerous interactions with staff. They are highly professional, skilled and kind.

Uncaring disinterested short staffed. Food is atrocious.
Patients left untended for hours.
I go everyday to check on my husband. To visit you have to make an appointment 24 hours in advance.
Saw a lady today slumped over in her wheelchair,long gray tangled hair in her face just placed by by her door.

Administraters could care less about the residents or bedside staff. All they cared about was keeping my husband as long as possible for insurance money. He was stuck there for 5 days longer than needed and their excuses daily were admin problems. He was dirty and neglected the day they told me he could go home. Horrible and traumatic experience.

My mother needed a couple days of rehab to gain her strength after having major heart surgery. I brought her to this facility because it was close for the family to visit. In the 24 hours that she was a patient, she never received any of her much needed heart medications! She called to make me aware. I immediately called her Dr. to inform them and picked her up and took her home to take care of her myself. The nurse informed me that the meds were not available and when they received them they would be administered! Unacceptable! If this facility had a minus star rating I would give it a minus 5!

The care was terrible. My mother would have died at this place had i not visit at a time that was unexpected. She later died of heart attack, dehydration, and other problems which no one called me to inform me she had stop eating and was not taking her medicine. That day she had a heart attack and was in pain and no called the EMS to transport to hospital. I cried because she was no trouble only feed her and make sure her hygiene was taken care.
