The nurse's here treat my 85 year old husband really bad. They take for ever to bring him his pain pill.
I have called to talk to his nurse, and I am placed on hold, and no one comes back to the phone to talk with me.

Manercare has great food the kitchen staff has gone above and beyond to help me with my special needs there food is fresh and delicious the have the best macaroni and cheese and other favorites. I recommend you try their food mmmm yummy.
The rehab department and staff are wonderful I’m improving greatly and I enjoy it. They have a good sense of humor that’s important to me.
I was here years ago for inpatient and outpatient rehab physical and occupational therapy.
The activities are great and they have live entertainment. The music is not just geared for the older generation but the younger people also as I said I’m on the younger side.
They have two budgies (parakeets) and I enjoy watching them they have a calming effect and they also have pet therapy once a week. Your able to bring pets or visit.
“I wish I could keep my pet here but I understand why.”
Now that I live here a private room is a must and a plus + you have your privacy. Living in a private room you can decorate it like an apartment with pictures and so on.
Family visits are a must and again you can bring your family pet just to visit.
The only real complaint I have is that the WiFi is very poor and not adequate for the size of Manercare.
They definitely need to update it. I have to use my LTE because the internet/WiFi is so slow. The signal is extremely poor.
I like to use my iPad and without proper internet and WiFi most people can’t. I have as I said before I have to use my LTE which I had to get myself.
*So please Manercare just update your internet and make it adequate for the size of this place the signal is extremely poor and slow*

The kitchen staff is excellent and I highly recommend them because the food is very good. They also go out of there way to help you with your special needs.
The rehab staff is very good and extremely helpful.
They have good activities and they have live entertainment. “I enjoy the music very much.”
There religious services are good and “I enjoy them greatly.” They have many different services for many different religions. *that’s a plus +*
They also have good outpatient services specialized for the individual.
I’m on the younger side and I was in for rehab many years ago and now that I’m a permanent resident living here I’m thankful I just got to live here right now I’m living in a private room.
They have *therapy dogs come in on Tuesday’s* they also have *two budgies (parakeets) and you can bring in your pets to visit*
“But I wish I could have my own Pets live here but I understand why”
There hospice services are good.
But over all it’s good I tried to get into other places before I knew about Manercare no one would except me because of my age But Manercare did and I’m glad because the rehab was the main reason I was here before.
I live here now because I need Around The clock nursing because of my condition which is very rare.
Thank You!

The facility is outdated furniture and equipment. The place has a nasty smelly odor (feces) that lingers in the hallway. Staff are incompetent to fix the problem for family members welfare. The food is not fresh instead coming out from the can or process food. Social worker is clueless to resolve any family member issues but just want your money for you to stay longer at the facility without any guidance or direction.

This is the second time my husband's uncle has been at ManorCare, so they know who he is. He gets along well with all the staff. They like him, and he likes them. He is there for aggressive physical therapy, and they're very responsive. For instance, last week, I got a call from the physical therapist in the evening. They let you know everything that is going on with the relative or whoever you're responsible for, and they're very good about it. They are very responsive.
ManorCare is very nice. It is a very nice looking from the outside. It is exactly what it is, it is lovely, and it is a very nice facility.

My visit at ManorCare Health Services-Plantation was good. I didn't have any problems with them. They had more care and compassion. It was like they were taking care of one of their family members, and they were very professional. The rooms were sufficient. They weren't too small or too tight; they were just about right. I would recommend them very highly.

My dad was at Manorcare Health Services, and I don’t like that they were not taking extra care of their patients. The therapy was not good as he was there the first time. He got an infection while he was in there and ended up in a hospital for 10 days with antibiotics. I liked it in the beginning, but now I would not recommend it anymore.

We chose ManorCare for my parents because the facility is very clean. It is also one of the highest-rating facilities. They are well-staffed. They take good care of my parents. I don't have any complaint so far. ManorCare is definitively recommendable.

The hospital sent him there. He had diabetes, the reason why he was hospitalized. They inserted catheter and put on diapers even if he didn't need it. They didn't want to take him to the toilet. I could see that a lot of people were not cared for. The rooms smelled with urine. He lost all the clothes he had. they gave it to others. I have to buy him clothes over and over again. They have an issue with clothes being lost there. The staff was accommodating and friendly to me, maybe they were just happy to see somebody since he doesn't have any relatives. He didn't like the food, he never got better there. They sent him home because his insurance expired.
