The staff I have witnessed have all been attentive , interactive and caring. Clean with a lovely Hair salon and cute rooms.
My Grandmaw lives on the Alzheimer’s unit. The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing. But today they were having a New Year’s Eve party and had music and dancing from the 50s. It was so lively and uplifting and fun for them and us.
I am a nurse as well and have worked in nursing homes before and I recognize something special with this one for sure❤️

Villas of the Cove was very favorable. It provided all our needs. They had new living spaces that were being built. They were a little bit smaller than the existing ones that we also visited, but very spacious. All the appliances were state-of-the-art. The sales director was very accommodating and very knowledgeable of their facilities and what they had to offer. The activities were located in different locations. They had a gym, a community room, and a covered pool. The amenities and facilities were very nice.

We went to The Cove. We did not go with it because it was just a single room with a bathroom. They had entertainment and a nice dining area. It was a great place. I liked the director there better than any place I had ever been.

The Cove was very nice, but they didn’t have an opening, so they had a waiting list. The independent living apartments were a little larger and more like patio homes. They have a garage but didn’t have many of the same activities as the other places. The staff was fine, friendly, and accommodating.

The Cove was excellent, and the people are extremely friendly. It is small, and it does not have a lot of fancy key guard that you are paying for, that you would never use. The only drawback is flattening outside of town if you don’t drive or you don’t like to drive.
The staff assisted me promptly. They were not humongous, but they are friendly and more helpful people. They are like small condominiums. We go shopping and to doctor’s appointments. The grounds were all landscaped and tidy. They have meals available if you want.

The one my mother is in is The Cove, which is an excellent facility. My wife spoke to someone up there, and the staff has been excellent with us. My mother has dementia to a certain degree, they take really good care of her, and they keep us informed if anything is out of the ordinary. She didn't like it at first when she got there -- she wouldn't like any place we sent her or put her -- but now she likes it, she is comfortable there, she has her own room, and it's just a good place. They have outside living too on the property, they can bring their cars, and it is independent living. They can come and go if they want to. They have a bus service that takes them out shopping. They just had two shows there honoring Elvis Presley during his 80th birthday. They have church services for them, and they have games for them to do.

I was really impressed with The Cove at Tavares Village when I went there. The place was clean and pleasant, and the rooms were nice. The people and even the wait staff were nice. When you went in, you felt welcome, and when you left, you felt like you've had a welcome experience. I would rather have my father there, but he doesn't qualify.

The Cove was fine. I didn’t see many people there but they were all very polite. The rooms were very nice, they were all very clean with rugs and there were lots of room.

Overall, The Cove at Tavares Village was good. All the staff made themselves available, and they answered any questions I had. They were extremely friendly too. The community offers independent living as well as assisted living and memory care services. It's a good, gradual move from independent living into an environment that provides more care. The accommodation is not quite as good, compared to where my mom is right now. But they are more concerned with the services that are available.

The assisted living area of Waterman Cove was bright and cheerful. The rooms were very well lit. The cost was not very expensive but the care was very well. Some of the people I knew loved it there. There was always someone from the staff who helped them out. The dietitian did a very good job in providing nutritional meals. They had activities that kept the residents happy, a bus took them shopping or to the doctors a couple of times a week. There was also a beauty shop on site and other amenities were in there for them to enjoy. In the independent living area, it was like living in your own apartment. They had one bedroom apartment, which were clustered into four. They got one meal a day at no cost. The residents could also use the transportation for shopping and doctor's appointments. It was always well groomed.

I liked the facility very much and I would be happy to go there. What I liked best about this facility is that I could have a separate living area until I needed assisted living.

Our mother has been at Waterman Cove for well over a year in the safe harbor memory unit. We were very happy with the facility and the outstanding staff. They are very caring and dedicated. The facility is very clean and safe. Our mother has been very happy there.
Unfortunately the facility was sold recently to a for-profit company. When our mother entered Waterman Cove, an application was submitted to the Veteran's Affairs for the assisted living benefits she is entitled to as the widow of a veteran. The VA has not responded in over a year. Without the VA benefit payment, she is in arrears and the new owners (of only about a month!) are throwing her out. The back payment from the VA would settle her bill and she would be able to pay for everything going forward. This is so unfortunate because it was such a great facility while it was a nonprofit. Money talks - a lack of it speaks volumes. For profit is just that - For Profit, not for people.

Waterman Cove was a facility I visited when I was looking for a place for my sister. I liked the lay-out and floor plan of the building. The rooms were shared, there were 2 beds. There was also a small garden area where the residents can go out to. I really felt at home, and I thought my sister would love it there. The staff were very cordial, professional and caring. I would recommend this facility to other people who wish to put their loved ones in a safe place.
