Baycare Home Health Dunedin is the worst home health there is. There nurse that I had on the weekend was questionable and did not provide care to the best of my knowledge. When calling the office with a complaint no one cares about their patients. Not a good place for extended care.

For my grandmother having some undefined mass on her right abdomin, we aquired BayCare home Care. The nurses they sent out were great, and very knowledgable. My BIGGEST hang up aboout this home care company is the fact that on the weekend there is absolutlely no care on the weekend. If your initial start of care visit is on the weekend then they will come out, however if you encounter a physical problem over the weekend you are stuck. If you finally get through to the on call person, you can be assured that either it can wait until Monday or you can go to the ER. I thought the idea of home care was to keep you at home and out of the hospital. We have used three other Home care companies in the past five years and this was the only one that did not have working staff over the weekend. Other than that the staff was great.
