Heritage View ALF is located near downtown Plant City near shops and restaurants. Our vision is to provide our residents with quality assisted living services in a prompt, professional manner with dignity and respect. My mom moved into the memory care unit at Heritage ALF of Plant City Inc. and so far, I like it. It's seems like a nice place. The staff is very nice, helpful, and friendly. They try to get them to eat and keep them clean. My mom's room is fine and it's like any regular basic bedroom. The facility is great and very hands on.

Mom was at the Heritage View Alf of Plant City. At first, this place seemed to fit her. It was more of a smaller scale assisted living facility, and it was very clean. It was affordable to what her income would let her afford. The décor was dated, but the atmosphere was very relaxed. The only thing that they did not offer, and we didn’t like was there were no activities to speak of. But the care that my mother got was wonderful. They were trying to accommodate her, but her needs got beyond what they can do.

Mom is in Heritage View and their care is excellent. She's been there six weeks and is happy there. I like the people that work there because if there is a concern, they get right on it and work on it. Mom didn't have any complaint about the food; I saw her lunch today and it looked nice.

Heritage ALF was really nice and really clean. It was an older place and not that appealing to the eye. There was nothing fancy about it. When we went there, the administrator wasn't even there at that time. If I was looking for a place to move into, I think I would look around before I make a decision to go there. Nevertheless, I would recommend them to others.
