We went over to John Knox, and that was very nice. We liked it very much. The food was very good, and they had several places you could eat. They had a nice dining room, and then they had a place where you could just get sandwiches if you wanted. They had little cottages, or you could have total care. They had a big theater. They also had all the games, like most of them had like cards and everything. The rooms were nice. Like I said, they had cottages, and they had rooms, or you could get suites. They had everything you would want, I would say. The staff was very congenial. They ran through everything with us including the prices. They took their time with us and told us everything that we would need to know.

I doubt an entertainer from the outside would know of the many activities here. Every week on Friday residents receive a Village Information paper in their mail box. There are many things shown for every day of the week. The latest week has 20 events. Then there is a page on Future Events - 14 are listed. They go through August 26.

My husband and I went to visit John Knox Village of Central Florida. We liked that it was homey, it was close to being like your home. They had all kinds of activities. The people were excellent too.
