We chose Inspired Living Delray Beach for my husband because the admission people were incredibly helpful. I'm not sure that the aides did everything they were supposed to do, but the rest of the staff was wonderful. The food was available around-the-clock, basically, and they're very accommodating as far as each individual's tastes. The activities were very good. They offered a lot of variety and the woman that ran the activities was very engaging. They had a movie night at 7:00 every night, which were current movies. A lot of the places kind of shut down in the evening, and this place didn't really shut down. It's a beautiful facility and it's relatively new, and it had a nice gym, theater, and dining room. It's just a very uplifting environment.

My parents stayed at Inspired Living Delray Beach for about a month, before I moved them to another facility. They checked my parents before they moved in to determine whether assisted living was appropriate. Then within two weeks, the nurse there changed her mind and thought one of them needed memory care. They required me to hire morning and evening supplemental care on top of the monthly cost to be there, which was very disappointing to me. The nursing staff there, I would rate 1 out of 5. This facility seems to be a very active community in terms of activities, but they need to hire staff who can make good decisions and not snap decisions without a firm basis.

I toured Inspired Living Delray Beach. It was a very nice place, but they could not accommodate my mom for her needs at that time. It's a brand-new place and it's very nice, but they did not have the care capabilities to take care of my mom. It's a very nice, new facility. The staff members were very nice and accommodating. The apartments were very nice. It's brand new, so that's what impressed me.

We will be moving into Inspired Living Delray Beach. People are all very friendly there in the bay at this point and seem to be very helpful. Let's see what happens when we move in, but everything seems to be good. It's a brand-new facility, and for all people moving in, it's so easy to make friends; everybody's looking for friends. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. We're going into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and a living room. It's well taken care of by the staff.
We had lunch there today, and the food is very good. It's a small menu, but it's very good. The dining area is very nice. Everything is brand new. What can you say that would be bad? It's beautiful.
There are many activities and there's something to keep you busy all day long if you wanted to. There's a movie theater on the premises, a library, and a physical fitness center. Whatever you would possibly do, all kinds of things to do if you wanted it. They keep you busy all day. The schedule is always full for every day.
The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They presented the food nicely, and they served it nicely. It's just a very big place, and there are not many people there, so things are a little bit slow at this point. But the food was very tasty and presented very nicely. It's very accommodating.

Inspired Living Delray Beach is brand new; they open in March. I was able to see two of the rooms, and they were clean and all new. There are washers and dryers on each floor and not on the rooms, which is a tricky one. It's a very tiny facility and only made up for people to be assisted. There's not even a kitchen in it; you can bring in a microwave and a little refrigerator, and that's it. The people I've met with were great. They don't have the social activities that you would get with an independent living place, and they don't have a full kitchen so you can't prepare your own meals. Meals are included; you get three meals a day. They said they're going to have activities, but they don't have any right now.
