I used Preferred Care for my husband. The caregivers were superior. I found the level of care excellent. They were on time when they said they would be on a certain time. They were very dependable and very knowledgeable. They're very supportive and caring. Management was very reliable. The professionals were all well-trained and supervised. I found the management excellent.
