My mother has been a resident for 13 years and my family has come to know and highly value the staff and the care she has received over these years. We always know that my mother is safe, cared for and valued. Especially during the COVID pandemic this past year we were able to see their team respond with great competence and grace and appreciation for the families.

Two years ago, Mr. Marrinson and staff celebrated their 50th anniversary serving the seniors in the community. Their experience shows! Many of the administrators and staff have been there for years. They have continued to improve and make upgrades. Investments include a high backup power generator, roofing, and a rebuild of the U-shaped wooden walkway by the canal in the rear.
My mother has received loving care here for nearly 10 years. She has also utilized the convenient, rehabilitation services across the street. Her appetite continues to be good because of the food services. Holiday decorations are a constant source of joy for all the residents.

This place is amazing. My mom was well loved and cared for by ALL of the staff. They became like family to us. They paid attention to details in her care and always notified us immediately if things were a little off. The facility is beautiful, clean and well kept. The activities and parties are over the top and should not be missed by family. My mom felt like she was living on a cruise. I highly recommend Williamsburg Landing for your loved ones.

Williamsburg Landing was much nicer and more well-maintained than other facilities I saw. The private rooms' layout was also better and much nicer. It was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I saw people sitting out on the balcony enjoying the outdoors and people inside were engaged in conversation with each other. They had music and organized activities.

My dad has been in Williamsburg Landing for about 2 months now, and it is good. They are a bit expensive. The staff is very good; they seem good to us, but nothing really seems outstanding. Price is one thing they can improve on and a little one-on-one care. They have activities every day.

My mother found the need for assisted living in 2012, and we were directed to the Landing by Holy Cross Hospital Staff. After four great worry free years, she has moved to Hospice in her final days. The facility is so nice and personal, with outstanding staff and a great dining facility. Her room was her home, and she was very happy while she was a client. We can without hesitation suggest you check the facility.

My husband is in Williamsburg Landing and he loves it. This is our choice because it is a nice small facility. It is also close to my home. It offered me, for one price, everything and that was a big thing to me. It is all included and in the long run, it would be much better. The facility is on one of the canals so therefore the whole back of this facility is gorgeous. You could look out at the dock or whatever. The whole facility is well-appointed, furnished, and updated. Their rooms are very nice and all carpeted. They have a very nice dining room. It just looks above and beyond. The staff is very helpful. They get everything that my husband needed. My husband has been there since October 10th and since he moved, he is a different person and he is so much happier now. It has made him even more alert and he can get around in his wheelchair there. It has helped his morale tremendously, which is a biggie.

We found Williamsburg to be quite nice. The rooms were large with the bathroom on one side and closet on the other side. The meals were delicious. The staff seemed great. The people living there looked contented and happy. They had a hair salon and we liked the place.
