The Court at Palm Aire is only five minutes from where I live, so it's very convenient for my sister and me. I think it was very well kept. The facilities were very, very clean, and people were very nice. They have quite a bit of things to keep people busy. I don't know if my sister will be able to use them, but we'll see. The salesperson was very nice too. They have wine and cheese, an exercise room, a pool, a beauty salon, a movie theater, a library, and quite a bit of other things. Compared to the other facilities I have seen, their rooms were more spacious, which was very important for my sister and for me. She will be more comfortable not to be in such a small area, and she will be able to get her sofa, her TV, two single beds, and two nightstands in her room. So it's not that small, even though it's a one-bedroom. It was very clean and well maintained.

I didn't like the tour that I had with The Court at Palm Aire. I saw a lot of stuff for the independent living side, which was not even accessible to people that were on the assisted living. A lot of it was because of COVID, but I don't want to see things that aren't available. The staff was great. We talked to the sales people and they were sweet. The room they set me up was wonderful and that's by design, but when I passed by the 2nd floor where my parents would ultimately be, it was dark and very institutionalized looking, and I didn't like it.

We are residents of The Court at Palm Aire. It's really OK. I think it is as good as any community. Most of the staff is very good. We don't have any real complaints about them or the facilities. You get three meals a day here, which is unusual for most of these places. Food is is not gourmet, but it is adequate. They have lots of activities like shows, movies, and lectures. If you want to be busy, you can be very busy here all day long. They have a swimming pool, a beauty salon, and a movie theater.

My mother arrived for rehab, she is bed bound, this place cannot be bothered to take her to the bathroom. My mother had to call me in Chicago to get relief a bed pan. Place keeps claiming call button inoperable. Do not send your worst enemy to this God forsaken place

I chose The Court at Palm Aire, and the rooms were much larger than any other place. They had a two-bedroom, and gave us a deal for the price of a one-bedroom, and they paid our moving expense. People were extremely friendly, the staff was most gracious, and it's a wonderful place to recommend. The food was very good, and they had a diverse menu of different chicken dishes, sauces, fruit plates, hamburgers and hotdogs, cheese sandwiches and tuna for lunch, and dinner always had three choices, a meat, a chicken, and a dish. They had a car service for doctors' appointments and a bus that takes everyone to dinner every Tuesday night. There's an activity every afternoon at 1:30 or 2:30, and some sort of an activity every evening at 6:30, and they've had some of the best shows I've seen. Dinner is from 4:45 to 6:00 p.m.

My parents are in The Court at Palm Aire. So far, they are pretty well. They seem to be accommodating, and we are so far pleased with it. They help my parents with some basic things like dressing, showers, as well as medications.

The facility was very good, and the staff was excellent. The space -- considering that my mother doesn't want to be moving around too much -- is just perfect. It was small enough, but not too small. They had games, exercise programs, and interactions with other residents. It wasn't just one set of people that normally go in an assisted living; they had a mixture. It's very clean and very spacious. They have a nursing facility upstairs in case the patient needs extra care. It was a good place.

The one who assisted us during the tour at The Court at Palm Aire was wonderful. Her name was Jenny. She was very congenial, very pleasant, and very informative. The rooms and apartments were nice and adequate. The food was good and adequate. The dining room was lovely. There was something different going on every day. It was obviously good. Otherwise, I would not have made arrangements for my mother to move in there. The sales department impressed me the most. They were very empathetic and understanding about things especially about the fact that my mother has 2 cats. They were willing to work with her.

My father will be moving in to The Court At Palm Aire. The rooms were quite large. They all had balconies. The place was just renovated maybe last year, so everything was new. The apartments were new. There were a lot of activities. They had a wonderful dining room where the residents can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We had a very good experience at The Court at Palm Aire. They were very friendly, and the food was good, but it was an assisted living and they could not meet my wife's needs, so we had to move. Their friendliness was beyond belief. The food was prepared by a gourmet chef. The dining room was always a nice place to go and have some nice food.

Moved my 91 year old Dad into an assisted living, 1 bedroom apartment about 4 months ago. For the most part he has adjusted very well. The staff are all very kind, the apartment is large with a full kitchen, and there are enough activities to keep him busy if he chooses. His only minor complaint is the food(which I tried a couple of times and was good). They have some interesting dishes made with sauces and spices, and he likes his food plain. There is always an option to get something plain though. He also can have his cat with him, and his car which is a great plus. So far we're very happy with the decision.

Palm Aire is the one that I selected as being the best run facility among the places I visited. The facility was clean and modern-looking. It was also maintained beautifully. The carpets there were well kept. The outside area and parking lot were also picked up. They have a swimming pool there that was also clean. I was very impressed with this facility. They did have activities. They invited me down for a big pool party that they have during the tour. I was impressed that the tenants there were given a lot of care; however, I was also very upset because to be in that environment was very depressing to me.

We had a tour and a lunch at The Court at Palm Aire and my uncle ended up selecting that one. It's from non-assisted to full nursing care so they have the whole range. The foyer and the apartments were very nice and very spacious. The food and dining room was adequate. The menu was varied enough and I thought it was very good. Everybody was very helpful and very nice. People came up to my aunt and uncle and greeted them and wished them well because they thought they were moving in. They had lectures, yoga, card games, bingo, movies, organized wine tastings, all kinds of social activities.

The Court at Palm Aire is a brand new facility. It is also very appealing and I like it. The dining room and the units are very nice and very appealing too. The staff are not nasty in any way, but very approachable. Everybody seemed to be well taken care of and very happy. They also have entertainment for their residents.

The Court at Palm Aire has both assisted and independent living, but I'm working to get into assisted living. I've been there two or three times. Their rooms were very large, the food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. It's a good location, their blast system goes to every one of my doctors, and it looked to me like it was a nice group of people. The one thing I don't like about the Court is that they'll require me to wear long pants for dinner, and I like to live in shorts but it's something that I can live with.

Staff at The Court were very kind and patient with my mother from before her move 1 month ago to the present, She loves her apt and everything else - good food, nice people, all the conveniences of assisted living. The Court was a great decision for her!

I came across this location in an attempt to relocate my elderly Grandfather to an assisted living facility. The grounds we're nice. I am not from Florida, so everything appeared "tropical" to me and may have altered my judgement a bit. My Grandparents were not impressed. The food was edible, at the time I assumed that all assisted living facilities would require compromise on food quality compared to what my family was used to. I felt pushed along in our visit as if I was dealing with a real-estate agent who was late for another meeting. As I questioned about the facility my grandparents didn't enjoy some of the answers received by our guide. Instead of being more reassuring and comforting in this huge change in the life of my family, I felt a "you get what you get" mentality as if my Grandparents are spoiled or snobby. My Grandparents are Italian immigrants who came here on a boat and worked hard their whole life to be able to retire and live a peaceful life, and them being spoken to in a negative way for wanting to enjoy where they were going to live was insulting. In conclusion, I was able to find several better places in close proximity who made us feel much more comfortable with our decision.
