Don’t let this place fool you with the lovely facility and five star hotel interiors. The care is terrible. My mom was admitted and while there she got Covid so that delayed the PT for ten days. They claim they did PT in her room, false! We visit daily and at numerous times during the day. Twenty min of PT is NOT ENOUGH! They would pick her up for PT and park her in the PT room and if they did PT for twenty minutes I would say is accurate. They discharged her in worse condition than when she was admitted. Two days from being admitted. She was admitted to the hospital and fell. We told them we needed mom to be able to walk as she was prior to being admitted to hospital. If a family member is not present when the pt rings the bell they never get seen and sit in urine. The Physicians are terrible they seldom can remember the pt name, the nurses are spread thin and if you find one they tell you that your family member is not their patient. This place is a joke! Do not admit you family member to this place!

My friend is a resident of The Lakes of Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center. The place looks great. It looks good. It's very well maintained. The staff looks pretty nice. They have a nice dining area and a nice outside porch area for them to run around. It's clean. They cost a lot of money. I would even put my mom or dad in this place for rehab because it's that nice. I haven't tried the food, but they seem to have a pretty good menu. They have a few different activities. My friend showed me a calendar with activities they have per day for them to go to. It's a nice sized room. They moved him from one room to another since he's on Medicaid/Medicare. It was a little smaller, but it was just as clean and nice as the other one was. They did call me and tell me when his doctor's appointments are going to be. I think the place is nice, and the staff seem really pleasant (at least the staff that I've talked to anyway). They have been really helpful.

My mother-in-law is in The Lakes of Clermont Health and Rehabilitation Center and the care is excellent. It's very well-staffed. They have knowledgeable staff, they're very attentive to her needs, and they're in and out a lot of times to make sure they're OK. She's a fall risk so they have to be on top of things. The place is beautiful, everything is clean, it's a well-maintained property. The location is great, and inside and out it's well landscaped, and there's an area where the residents can go out. My mother-in-law says the food is good. She's been to another rehab where she says she won't feed their food to her dog, but the food in this one she likes. It's a pretty new facility, so they kept it up very well. It's only about two years old, but they keep up the grounds and they keep up the outside, so everything appears to be more like brand-new. She's being taken care of by Medicare insurance and her supplement insurance.
