My mother is at this facility the administrator is fantastic keeps me up to date on my mother weekly. They have transportation for outings, and for appointments when needed. the staff is fantastic, mom says the food is good. the facility is always clean and never smells when i visit. could not ask for a better place for my mother. she loves it there. glad i found them and they had opening. All rooms are private rooms. They provide her with everything she needs.

I had a family member there for over a year. The place was run "in abstencia" with a placeholder administrator. The ice machine was broken, the place was dirty. Staff was really hit or miss. Food was mediocre at best. Could not recommend anyone going there who cared about their loved one

A Safe Haven Assisted Living is not good. They do not offer transportation to the doctor, and they do not clean the rooms very often. It seems to be well run. The staff is caring. The quality of the food is very bad.
