Arden Courts of Seminole is the best memory care facility in the Tampa Bay Area. My mother currently lives here and I am so fortunate that my extensive search to find a true home for my mom led me here. The reputation of this community is excellent and my wonderful care manager Kelly recommended Arden Courts when we determined that memory was the next step from assisted living. The moment you enter the building you are greeted with compassion and joy. Every single team member here is exceptional. The leadership team, the operation team, facilities, the nurses, the care givers, the chefs and team - the activities team - I would list everyone by name in gratitude but I don’t want to accidentally miss anyone. I now have an extended family in this amazing community. Every resident is treated with respect and love. Alzheimers or other forms of dementia are so challenging for the family members who are seeking quality of life for their loved ones but Arden Courts of Seminole have erased my stress by making my mom so happy. I would have rated them 10 out of 5 stars - because they exceed a 5 star rating. The rooms are the perfect size, the building is warm and welcoming, the meals are excellent - both delicious and nutritious, the activities are wonderful and the calendar is fun and engaging, they have a beautiful outdoor space for residents and family members to walk or sit and enjoy time together. The facilities are wonderful and the facility manager is ready and willing to do whatever is necessary. The skills and hearts of the nursing team and the care givers amaze me daily. If you are looking for the BEST - you will find it here.

My father was in a memory care place called Arden Courts of Seminole. It was wonderful. They were really, really good, but he fell when he was there and broke his hip and just started a whole domino effect of things. I can't believe it's super cheap compared to everything else.
It was very, very small. It looks a whole lot like a house. They had divided it into like a garden section and a boating section and a couple of others. There were like 10 to 12 residents on the floor, and they had a lot of activities. I loved it. Unfortunately, my dad was only there for eight days. He got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and he peed on the floor and he slipped and fell and broke his hip.
I had a very good impression of it. They just can't take him back because now he can't transfer anything by himself. He's totally wheelchair-bound. They had a very caring staff. The food was good and they followed good COVID protocol. Nobody got in without doing their hands and wearing their mask unlike a lot of other places I've seen. They have people that would come in every week and play the piano and sing. They bounce around a balloon and stuff like that. They always had something going on, but my dad refused to go. Everyone else seemed pretty happy. The staff was great.
They let you bring your pets in there, and some people even had cats. That was nice because my dad loved having his dog come and visit. Other places are $12,000 a month and this one was $6800 a month, so it was a good deal.

The staff is very helpful and caring. They assist us with our visits if needed, and have a very positive attitude when talking to the patients. If we have any concerns, they are taken seriously and resolved immediately. The staff shows and gives affection to the patients such as hugging, hand holding and guiding them to their rooms if they get lost.

This is the best place for my mother to be in. She is so well taken care of and all her needs are met. The staff and workers here are so awesome, so caring and patient with the residents. My mother participates in all the activities in the morning, afternoon and evening. This is a very safe place for anyone to live here who has memory issues. This facility is always so clean. I would not want my mother to be in any other facility. This one is the best!

We visited Arden Court. We loved the place, but it was too expensive for us. The whole place was memory care, so it was secure. The clients could not walk off the premises, but they could go outside. The staff was lovely. They were very caring and nice. They had activities like they would take them on outings. They had exercise classes and games.

Arden Courts was wonderful, and I really loved it. However, it was way too far away from my home. They have four different types of bungalows with separate dining rooms. Dana, the lady who toured us, was very nice. The residents were in a room sitting and singing.

We moved our Mom there because of memory issues. She thrived there and had friends and was very active. Unfortunately, she has had a decline and the providers have been very helpful in keeping her involved in activities. We think they are very caring and do the best they can under the circumstances. We have had excellent communication when something not expected happened.
