Place was horrible..my mother was not given proper care at the end of her life!! Staff from nurses to Cna were unkind!! I told the staff I hope none of you have someone take care of your mother in this manner! BEWARE!!

Advanced Rehab & Health Center was not a pretty facility, but they were very good. They were with my dad all the time. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The dining room was not very nice. The facility was in need of updating.
