About This Community

Twin Creeks Assisted Living and Memory Care community is brand new in Riverview, Florida. The professionalism of the staff, the quality of the care, and the richness of the activities programs all set this community apart.

Residents enjoy the thoughtfulness that went into the architectural design, the excellence of the workmanship, and the comfort of the accommodations.

At Twin Creeks, we treasure our residents, learning their individual histories so we can help them create bright futures. The Resident Life Coordinator interviews each new resident and works with him or her to design an interesting and fulfilling program based on the resident’s background and current abilities. Our specially trained team implements these programs, making life more rewarding both for those who require some physical assistance and for those who require Memory Care.

From the moment residents wake up in the morning until they go to bed at night, they know that they’re going to get whatever assistance they need throughout the day. They also know that they’re going to enjoy three delicious meals in the company of friends and have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of suitable activities.

My dad moved into The Twin Creeks. It looks like a nice facility and they're doing a reasonable job with a shortage of personnel that everybody's got right now. They have nice amenities, but they have COVID in the area and the place is locked down, so I have not been able to make use of those items. Before my dad moved in, we had a tour, and they took us through the whole facility. We got to see everything, and they answered most of our questions. We probably didn't have as many questions as we should have had. More of them came up afterwards but they were able to answer those so far. I've not been witness to the activities because we're not allowed into the facility. They can bring one person out and you could meet in an isolated location, but you can't just go back and see what's going on. We're able to go meet at what they call the porch. That's the outdoor facility. There's some room for improvement, and I think that goes back to the difficulties in staffing right now, and the communication with the responsible person. You can certainly get there if you make an appointment, but you can't just stop by. In fact, at the moment, you can't go in at all without an appointment. I have not tasted the food, but I suspect it's probably fine. I met the chef who seemed like a nice guy, and he made my father and I a sandwich, and it was perfectly fine. The facility looks in tip top shape there. Everything's maintained very well. It's a little expensive, but it's a hard job.

Toured this facility with a friend and it was overly priced, didn't see much staff, was told some of the original hired staff had already changed since they've opened, which means high turn overs on staff. Everything new looks nice, but not sure if price is really worth the care.

I like Twin Creeks but it's a lot more money and it's too expensive. It's newer and the rooms were nicely made and were like model apartments. They fixed it up really nicely.

Twin Creeks was very nice. They took us on a nice tour and gave us some information about it. They had bingo and other activities.

Twin Creeks was a brand-new place in a well-traveled area close to many features. It was run by a nice lady. The apartments were clean and neat. My brother wanted to move in there right away, but we had other plans in our minds and we convinced him that he didn't need to do so. Nevertheless, they had all the accommodations and all the amenities that were necessary for that style of living. The staff was excellent. She was quite explanatory of all the things we had inquired about like the rooms, the meals, and the common areas. It was very nice. They have a variety of rooms. They have some places that accommodate two people in one room and they have individual studios, but all of them were quite affordable. The people that were there looked happy too.

We're moving my brother this week to the memory care of Twin Creeks. It's a brand-new facility. They have two, trained nurses who give the medications. It's well laid out, and his room will be near the nurse's station. Everybody I have dealt with interviewed my brother, and they seem very skilled and appropriate.
