It’s funny how this facility “had 3 cordless phones available to speak to your loved one" and its never available until you CALL FOR A WELLNESS CHECK AND THE OFFICER ASKS THEM TO. So disappointed in this facility as a whole

This place has the worst food I have ever tried to eat. Most of the staff act like your a bother when you need them. I can count on 1 hand the staff who cared. I was there 45 days but it felt like a lifetime. If you pulled the call light it took at least 45 minutes for a response.

The staff at Lakeland Hills Center is pretty good. I'm happy with it and my brother who's a resident is happy as well. He has a TV which he enjoys. They also go to places all the time, like to Walmart, or department stores, and all that.
