Misrepresentation

Terrible facility and staff. Staff is hired untrained and allegedly trained onsite. Facility does not report all accidents that occur to the family and lie when signing up new customers. I would not put a dog in this facility. The place is dark, dreary and smells of death and I would have never left my mom there if there was any other choice.

It seems to me. Being a very observant and intelligent individual. that I am. That the staff from 1500 to 2300 shift. really do not care as much as the 0700 to 1500 shift. It would certainly be way more helpful if you all had a more concrete and set way of communicating with the clients and staff both, about room for advancement or at least a pay increase.

My wife was here for about 4 months in February, most of the staff is great! She was there for a wound that needed some care and she received great services. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!
