Rooms are not bad - clean Some of the staff are great others suck Physical therapy staff were more interested in what was on there phones all 4 of them. Food was always cold Cheeseburger with cheese 1/2 on plate Wake u up for meds not for therapy. Never saw DR left messages for 1 week Before Dr adjusted meds DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

I'm living in a facility called Claridge House. They are very accommodating, very friendly, and very attentive to me, so I've had good experience there. The rooms are clean. The upkeep seems to be fine, and I couldn't ask for anything better. The food is decent. It is not great, but it's not bad. They give me physical rehab and occupational therapy every day. I know they are better, but I can't afford better. My goal here is to get into a VA nursing home somewhere. Also they need more skilled medical people.

If I could give -5 stars I would! This place is the absolute worst! The staff is sorry and lazy and the administration does not care. Please DO NOT send your loved ones to the facility if you’re looking for quality nursing care. Urine and feces reeks from the moment you step onto one of the nursing units. It smells that way because they leave their patients lying around in urine and poop for hours waiting to be cleaned. I am a nurse... and the nurses at this facility are the sorriest I have ever encountered! They can be in the room with a patient that needs cleaning and will tell the patient to ‘wait for the CNA to come.’ YOU’RE IN THE ROOM RIGHT NOW!! No nursing school in America teaches that mess. The physical and occupational therapy team is robbing the government and insurance companies of their money too. They will tell you that they have someone scheduled for 2-3hrs of therapy per day for 5 days a week, but will show up in a patient’s room for 15-20 minutes (MAYBE) 3 times a week. And when the patient or his/her family members ask questions or state their concerns about the level of care being provided, the administrative staff acts as if you are the issue. I wish the state would do REAL surprises welfare checks. This place would be shut down one the first visit.

Do NOT take anyone to this filthy facility! Its NOT CLEAN,the smell of urine and feces runs rampant throughout the hallway. CNA's nor charged nurse don't care about the patients. Patients have to wait hours to be changed. The place is deplorable! Facility needs to shut down!!!

This place has no security: one can just walk in and out, it is filthy there: there were bugs flying around my mother's food and beverages, the bathroom in her room is disgusting, the 'patio' where the patients sit outside does not have an automatic door, yet all the patients are in wheelchairs and there is nobody letting them in or out side and there's nobody attending to them while they're sitting outside in the heat, also, the patio is littered with cigarettes everywhere, patients are asking for money and cigarettes etc. While on the phone with my mother, and she's commenting that nobody has come to help her, I will hear someone come in the room and yell at her for bothering them. the patients are miserable and this place is just the worst.also, These patients are bedridden and really have nothing but the TV, but yet the TV is very static and gets very few stations and one final note, I know that nursing homes are supposed to be kept on the cooler side so as not to spread infection etc, yet this place is so hot that food melts in my mother's hands.
