My husband was treated very badly. Nurses and CNA's ignoring the call button (when it worked) for hours...refusing to change his ostomy bag for hours. We had to do laundry 5x in one week because they constantly avoided it. Deliberately caused pain and often retaliated instead of improving behavior. social Worker was useless in finding a better facility, but very good at getting my husband to sign papers when no family was around (and not giving copies of said papers). Dinner for one week consisted of one chicken leg, a clump of rice, and broccoli. No one who was so terrible ever lost their jobs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!!!

I was not impressed with staff or facilities. My mother's care was lacking. They did not give her her proper dose medications. They claimed they gave her all her meds ,when they didn't. different doses different days, times. Poor food choices, not heart healthy. After heart surgery ,was anemic, but staff kept taking (almost daily ) vials of blood for testing. Stopped giving her blood pressure meds because considered her pressure low. Her Cardiologist had insisted they keep her on regular dosage cause of recent surgery!

Everyone was very friendly. I really loved the nurse that welcomed us into the facility. She was so happy, and she knew my uncle personally. I was happy that he was surrounded by very bright and caring people. They allowed us to bring my uncle gifts and flowers for his birthday. He seemed healthy and well. The nurses are very attentive to his needs. His room is a little sparse. I wish that the rooms were more colorfully decorated, but the at least service is really great. His care taker was very competent and she seemed to be aware of all his medical history. She seemed to truly care about him. Everyone was very warm. I was glad to see him in the environment. They brought him his lunch while we were there. He seemed to like the food, though it didn't look that appealing to me. It seemed very nutritious, though, and that is what's important. Overall, I am very glad that he was there. He seemed clean and well cared for.
