Grand Living At Tamaya was extremely nice. The only thing I didn't like about it is that prices were beyond my range. The room has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, the whole nine yards, plus the washer and dryer. I did a house tour of the place. Everything was fine. It's a good-looking facility. It's relatively new. The people that I met and contacted are all very nice. They are a little bit pricier than the other places I looked at, but they offered a lot more. The person who toured me was excellent. They have several restaurants there.

Grand Living At Tamaya was very first class. But it didn't fit our particular needs. I like the apartment space. The independent living section was very first class, very well furnished, and very well-staffed. The rooms for assisted living were exceptionally well decorated. I have tried their food, and it was well served. I also saw a yoga class and some art classes there. The staff were well-trained. Of all that I visited, that would be the top one.

My parents found Grand Living at Tamaya. It's brand new, it has all the accommodations they ever want and they're moving in next Thursday. We had an in-person tour. It's very well kept. Nice accommodations. Very nice staff. The rooms were big and clean. They had water exercise class, happy hour, puzzles, card games, a library, and a fitness room. My parents haven't moved in yet but just by the brochure and what they told us, they have a lot of things scheduled throughout the day. This one was the best for my parents and it fits their needs.

In Grand Living at Tamaya, whether you're in independent or assisted living, you stay in the same apartment. It's brand new so it's very nice. The apartments look very nice. They showed us all the facility that they have. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a swimming pool and they have a workout room.

I didn't see as many people at Grand Living at Tamaya, but they were fine. The staff members were professionals and a little pushy. It is a more elite property, which is just not my mom. I also remember my mom saying about their menu, "You have to be careful about not gaining too much weight." The facility is very nice, and the size of the room is very nice. The view out of it is not the greatest, but it is a brand-new property, and it is pristine.
