The nurses treat all patients as if they are in a mental institution. They change the medications to be given to my sister from shift to shift. We have to argue with every shift to give the correct doses. Then they ignore all requests from the patient. This place is very bad. Know wonder people die in these nursing homes!! I will be contacting Morgan and Morgan in the morning.

This facility is not a place where you want to have your loved one admitted. They do not check on their patients or treat them as needed. Make sure you check any documents they give you to sign, as they will omit information that will get them out of legal trouble. Our family had to call law enforcement in order to have the facility include the bed sore and rash the she developed while being in their neglectful care.

My family member is a residence here and getting the best care that is required.The staff is friendly plus addresses any concern. relating to my Dad.I haven't had any problems with the facility so far. Mrs.Elizabeth always answering my calls or return call.So communication is on point.Thank You all.

This facility was very nice especially for the price. They treated my Grandmother with the utmost respect. My Grandmother was at this facility because she had alzheimers and she fell and we could not care for her, the way we needed to anymore. The area surrounding the facility was not very nice but, it was not far from my father's home, which is who took care of her before we put her there. You could not access the facility without being buzzed in so that made me feel better about the facility. They would do everything for my Grandmother eventually. They wheeled her around. They had a very nice outside garden type area for the residents to relax in. They had a nice area to eat in, there was a fish tank in that room and they residents loved it. Each room had a tv for the residents to watch. They obviously washed their clothes for them but, we decided to do this for her. This way her things would not get lost. They even had a beauty parlor. Santa would come to visit the residents at Christmas time. Overall this facility was great. The nurses knew us by name and they greeted us everytime we came to visit. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Everyone at this facility was warm and I know my Grandmother was well taken care of. She has since passed.
