Millcroft is a very nice facility. The room I was in was very nice. The staff who took care of me was very nice, too. I told them I will be back to live in this facility because I was just there for rehabilitation for a while. The food they serve is OK but not great. I play cards and join in on the other activities. They can improve on the quality of their food.

My dad likes Millcroft, and I actually love the place, the environment, the staff, and the cleanliness of the place. His room is really nice. I haven’t tried the food, but he seems to like it. He only does physical therapy.

We had a brief experience with Millcroft nursing home. Our experience there was not very positive. After my mom was there for two nights, we pulled her out of there because she wasn’t getting any attention. She was getting her medications. The staff was not very pleasant, so it was not a good experience. I thought it was very dirty, it was very noisy, and there were a lot of people in the hallways screaming and yelling; it wasn’t very pleasant. The room was dark, and we weren’t there very long, but it didn’t have what we needed. It seemed like they were understaffed, and people were just kind of left on their own or pushed out into the hallway.

I visited Millcroft when my mom was receiving rehabilitation. It is very nice clean, and spacious. The nurses are very nice and they have a good staff. The food is good. The rooms where the people stay are very nice. They're clean and they keep them up. It's two people to a room and there's a good amount of space for each person. There's access to other rooms such as a dining room and a physical therapy room. I would say it's a very nice place.
It's a clinical environment, but it seemed very nice to me. My mother was very well attended to. The doctors, the nurses, and the aides took good care of her. When I was visiting her, at least two or three people popped in to see how she was doing.
They will be moving into the Millcroft Assisted Living apartments.
