Milford Place was clean and friendly. It was full of life. It was a happy atmosphere. Everybody was catering to everyone else. It was almost like a perfect setting. I was looking for maximum care, and they didn't offer exactly what my grandmother needed. They're more for assisted living, not for what I was looking for. It's more of a level 1, 2, and 3, and my grandmother is more a level 5 and 6. She always needs help and it's not a good fit for her, but I was immensely impressed with the establishment. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, well-mannered, and happy. The dining area was exquisitely clean, well kept, put together, and very fancy. They gave us scones with fruit and my husband said they were pretty good. The chef personally came and spoke to us, and they seemed to cater to anyone's special needs, diets, or likes or dislikes. There are plenty of activities. They were excellent people and it was an excellent establishment. I would give it to anybody who's looking for assisted living for their seniors and loved ones. It's a way for them to live independently and live free and still have the care that they need. Their facilities were excellent. The apartments were easy to maneuver through with wheelchairs, they were flat, there were no steps to get into, and they were very spacious.

Based on our visit of the Milford Place, it would have been a perfect place for my father to live in. The environment was nice, and the people were friendly. Everything looked clean and neat. The place looked like they gave a lot of support. They showed me the 2-bedroom when we toured, and it was very convenient. It had an easy lay-out and plenty of room. They had a recreational room where they have a TV, and people were able to mingle with masks and watch the tv program. There was a group that did artwork. They actually gave me a treat. It was really nice, and it was super good.

Milford Place didn't suit us. We're a little more active than what we saw. There were many people in wheelchairs. The one-bedroom looked like a motel room. There was no stove, just a mini refrigerator. They had a bus that would take you places two days a week only. The staff was very friendly and very nice. The place was clean and it had no smell to it. Everything seemed okay except for the rooms. It's nice if you need a nursing home. It was very clean and quiet.

We had mom last July here. The facility is very nice as well as the people. The staff appeared to be very caring. Mom has adjusted well. I've eaten there a few times and the food is good. Her room appears clean and organized. It's very adequate for her needs. They keep the residents pretty active. They have different activities going on and they also have a small bus that goes to the restaurants once in a while or to shopping or they also go to excursions.
