Brookdale South Windsor was very nice and clean. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The dining hall was very nice. It looked like they had a lot of activities. They had a library. There were a lot of fun things to do.

Brookdale South Windsor was very nice and very clean and had a very friendly staff. The rooms were very nice and very adequate.

Mom is getting excellent care at Emeritus at South Windsor. I know that they have plenty of activities, but at the level my mom is at right now, I don’t think she participates in them. They have a wonderful staff and I think they pretty much follow up all the way around as much as they can.

My aunt is currently staying at Emeritus at South Windsor. There were two factors why we chose this facility. One was cost and second was proximity to my house. The price was also in a reasonable range and something that she would be able to afford for a number of years. The staff seemed to be very caring and attentive. The services are good. She gets three meals a day and there are a number of activities that are scheduled. She has assistance with personal grooming and they have a beauty salon on site as well as some physical therapy. It's a relatively modest-size room, but it meets all of her needs. It’s nice and bright.

A residential option for seniors is all that we require once they become old. Doing activities like going to bathrooms, cooking, dressing and showering etc can be undertaken very easily in assisted living. I visited this facility to let my father live a peaceful life. I found it nice, safe and secure for 24 hours. Medical facility is available in close vicinity. The residents enjoy all kind of luxuries at reasonable rates. The facility is quite cheap and does not cost extra burden. Good quality food is available as desired by the residents. Routine is quite attractive and every effort is made by the management to let everyone form part of this home. Residents can contact their siblings and enjoy the facility of transportation for going anywhere. I liked the facility being neat and tidy. It has been experienced that most of the people get settled fairly quickly in this particular facility. Still, if some one feels lonely, staff on duty provides a warm and friendly gesture. Surely, it is a nice place to stay
