We went to Apple Leaf Assisted Living in person because we wanted to see the place but unfortunately, there was one small problem so that's not going to work for us.
It's very warm, it's a small place and the personnel is very nice and very loving. I have talked to the administrator several times and the person is very caring.
The actual facility's setting is country-like so it's just very peaceful. The administrator does the cooking and they grow food in their garden so it's all homemade.
Everybody has their room there. They have a dining area, and an open kitchen, I guess you might say, so people can get something to snack on or eat when they need it. They have an actual backyard with gardens and whatnot. They don't have a salon and gym and things like that, but they provide physical therapy and they have nurses. They bring in activities and provide activities in the facility too. They bring in people to do things with the residents.

Apple Leaf is absolutely the best! Pete and his staff made my mom's time there a wonderful experience, she constantly told me how much she enjoyed the food and how comfortable she felt there.

The owner of Apple Leaf is very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and very beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

There are only 12 residents at Apple Leaf Assisted Living. We liked that it's a very small community. My parents would do well in a smaller setting. The staff was very friendly. The tour was very comprehensive and they answered all of our questions. It's a ranch-style home that they converted into an assisted living. So they're not really spacious. When my parents moved in together, their rooms are next door to each other. They have the use of a small sitting area that's outside their room, so it feels like very homey. I think they're getting a really high level of personal care.

My mother in law is a resident at Apple Leaf and we couldn't be happier with her care. The staff is as loving and kind as the owner and are always on top of her care and know her needs. Apple Leaf is a small facility with only 12 residents, each receiving individualized care. The facility is clean and fresh with beautiful gardens in the back for the residents and visitors to enjoy. We couldn't be more pleased with her care and rest assured that she is being lovingly cared for. We highly recommend this facility to our friends and family.
