Greenridge Place Memory Care is a senior housing facility specializing in dementia care. The facility offers a home-like setting where seniors can uncover the pathway to a meaningful and dignified life. Amenities include comfortable common areas, therapeutic activities and specially-trained staff that is ready to meet the unique needs of each resident. Greenridge Place Memory Care also offers medical management supervised by a licensed vocational nurse and a medical director. Staff receive three levels of specialized dementia care training and are available 24/7 to provide assistance with daily living activities based on each residents' individual needs allowing them to maintain their independence. Safety features including secure entry points, reception areas that are open to visitors during designated hours only, state-of-the-art monitoring systems and fire safety systems. Seniors can choose from private apartments with either a shared or private bathroom depending on their preference and needs. Went to visit a relative when I was in colorado in august. Employees there are understaffed. I only saw 2 care givers on my relatives wing I saw housekeepers feeding residents . care staff on their phones instead of tending to residents. Halls smelled bad and looked like some fecies was on the bathroom walls. & on carpet.

My dad moved into Greenridge Place Memory Care. The staff seems friendly, and my dad seems happy there. They seem to keep the facility pretty clean. They have once a month field trips. Someone comes in with hair cutting. They have a doctor that comes in and do the booster shots for the COVID. It is kind of a high price. They need to improve in contacting me better.

My wife and I traveled from Missouri to visit our brother in law at a Thronton, CO nursing home in April,2021 for his 95th birthday. We were dismayed at his inability to respond to our simple questions. Our communication with him was limited to whatever subject from the past was on his mind. Due to many concerns regarding Health, safety and welfare wife moved him to Greenridge in Westminster, CO July, 2021. We visited him again in October, 2021. The improvement was amazing. We were very pleased! His sense of humor had returned, he responded logically to our questions and seemed to follow conversations that were taking place in the room even though he was not directly involved. We credit the care he is receiving at Greenridge. In addition, we found the management team at Greenridge receptive to our ideas on how to better address some of our brother in law’s personal situations to further improve his quality of life.

I am sorry that I delayed placement of my sister. I could not face the possibility of a large home like this...I thought a small personal care place would be a better space for her. I quickly found that the smaller home was not equipt with the care she needed. When we visited and met Tyler N. the Medical Director...I was sold! He is extraordinary! He cares about each person in his care and is so dedicated to the famlies that have loved ones in GreenRidge. They have an amazing Activity Director and there are so many things for the Residents to do! So good for them! Every person on staff here has something special to offer. I can leave my sweet sister and go home and BREATHE, because I know she is getting the special care she needs and deserves. Thank you to all the staff at GreenRidge Place Westminster

Greenridge needs improvement with their management staff. There is a bright spot in that the Director of Health Services has made great improvements in the quality in the last year. Tyler Nicholson has created a good solid staff of Care Givers and CNA's and his ability to understand and make recommendations of actions when a resident has a particular need is excellent and knowledgeable. He has restructured this part of the care at Greenridge Place and continues to make improvements.

My mother-in-law is a resident of Greenridge Place and it's good. Once she escaped from the secured facility and was missing for six hours. She walked all the way from North Westminster to West Arvada by herself, so that was pretty troubling. However, they did take steps to rectify the matter and we came to an agreement to avoid any legalities. They were pretty shocked and worried about it, and they do care about her and the people there. We really like the staff. Her nurse Tyler is amazing and they were quick to handle our issues, questions, and has meetings with us. We're happy with where she's at, and I like that they take her on outings. She said she loves their desserts and she eats all her meals.

My husband was a resident for less than a week when his health took a turn for the worse. I don't think that was a reflection on his care at Greenridge and we felt that he was well taken care of there. The facility refiunded our $2,000 facility down payment since he was there such a short time and only charged us the daily rate as if he was trying it out. This demonstrated to me their concern for providing quality customer service and doing what was best for the patients and their families. The nursing staff kept our family fully informed of our options, when we had to send him to St. Anthony's Emergency Room for critical care. We were grateful for their concern and the treatment that our family received.

We moved my mother to Greenridge Place two months ago, and we couldn't be more pleased! The staff is great and is taking wonderful care of mom. The meals are fantastic. Mom has shown amazing improvement since her move in. Thank you, Greenridge!

The service is awesome. Caregivers are very good and loving. Food is very good. I would tell anyone and everyone to check out Greenridge.

Greenridge Place staff was wonderful with my mother! They were kind, caring and responsive to her needs. The facility was clean, bright and cheerful. The facility is a good choice for an individual in need of memory care.

The staff is excellent and caring. Their facility is new and it is always kept clean. There's no smell at all. They are very receptive to requests. The staff is compassionate and they feel like family.

My husband is in Greenridge Place now, and I'm happy. The staff is helpful, but they could be a little more attentive to the residents. He is in a private room, which is spacious and does seem fine. The food is good. They could have more activities for men. I'm a little disappointed in that they have a lot of painting and coloring pictures, which men are not interested in too much. They play Family Feud on TV, and they have occasional musical programs where people come in and sing. Recently this week, they were making some toys for dogs. I would recommend them. I like that it's strictly for Alzheimer's, and they understand the problems or things that Alzheimer's patients have. It's hard to control them sometimes and they have meltdowns, and their staff knows how to handle that. He has been there since early July.
