Two bed rooms with beds and bedding. Living room with 2 chairs, TV and wifi. Table and 2 chairs for dining. Kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave. Bathroom with shower/tub. Washer and Dryer. Unit was clean and adequate. Had a small fenced in yard to accommodate our small dog. Staff was courteous and professional. Did not indulge in any activities. Reason for visit was for numerous hospital appointments. We spent 32 nights in the apartment. Price of $40.00 per night was very reasonable. Meals are available for a reasonable price. We did not partake but, were told meals were good. Two grocery stores and numerous fast food and restaurants near by. About 5 minutes from I-25. We would stay here again.

The apartment in the assisted living facility at The Villas had a couch, chairs and TV. The bathroom was all right, but there were no kitchen facilities what so ever. The kitchen was right next to the bathroom and the water that you had to use was the water from the bathroom sink. There was no microwave. There is one sink in the apartment and that is in the bathroom. That's the feedback I had, otherwise, I was happy with everything we saw. Their grounds were phenomenal. They were just beautiful with flowerbeds all over the place.
