About This Community
A beautiful home like atmosphere where your loved one will receive one on one care. We are a two bed Assisted Living, providing 24 hour staffing. Home cooked meals are provided three times a day. Our home is in the beautiful Kitchel Lake subdivision, located on a beautiful lot, overlooking green space, with mountain views from the back deck. We love taking our residents on walks around the beautiful ponds on our neighborhood. We provide game days once a week, where other people come in and make it a special time for our residents. Our residents have access to cooking or baking, if they desire. We are set up for continuing care, through end of life. We have hospice training, or are happy to welcome a hospice partnership with an agency. We have trained medical personnel on stay throughout the day, and on the night shift. The team at Sunny Side Living is amazing! My grandma loves her home at Sunny Side! Everyone is so kind, loving, and caring! We are so blessed to have found such a wonderful place! The food is nutritious and so yummy. The atmosphere is peaceful. The home is beautiful and the rooms are cozy. Grandma feels like she has gained new family members with the team at Sunny Side as they treat her like family! I highly recommend the team at Sunny Side! I could not ask for a better place for my grandma!

My mom loves her new home. She has a large sunny room in which she has plenty of room to safely maneuver around her furniture. The home has more of a family atmosphere with an extremely loving staff. She tells me how much she loves them. The staff takes time to read to her, to walk with her, to talk to her, to laugh with her, to write letters and cards for her. The residence in the home have tea and games time. The staff also helps her exercise. The living room is comfortable, the dining room is roomy and sunny, the bathroom and walk-in closet is large and easy to maneuver. She loves the food.

My 101 year-old Grandma G couldn’t be happier! Sunny Side Living offers the perfect combination of close, personal care and attention with freedom and independence. Grandma lives a full life, welcoming friends and family who visit and embracing daily adventures whether going to church, meeting friends for tea, or playing dominoes. And the food is delicious! At Sunny Side, Grandma lives well, loves and is loved, and as she says, “In our home, everybody belongs to everybody.”
