Saulsbury Facility is older and in-need of remodeling. I think they have very good and caring staff. The rooms are smaller than the other place I visited, and in need of remodeling. The dining area is nice and provides home-style dining. They're limited in their activities, they have coloring, music and art projects as well.

Caregivers would sometimes go MIA for a couple of hours.
