We saw Brookdale Meridian Arvada. It's very nice. The unit is wonderful. They have nice facilities. They have transportation, three meals a day, a library, a theater, and nice washing facilities. The apartments are big, and they have storage in them, which I hadn't seen before. The physical condition of the community itself is excellent. The atmosphere there was very friendly.

I had a positive tour experience at Brookdale Meridian Arvada. It was well managed. The staff who assisted me with the tour was excellent. The one-bedroom was of ample size and bigger than some of the rooms I'd seen in other places. I was shown the dining area, a recreation room, a movie room, and the laundry room.

I enjoyed going through Brookdale Meridian Arvada. I enjoyed seeing how many people they had. There used to be tea at about 4:00, but now it's a snack. We stopped and talked to the people there, which was very nice. There were nice wide hallways. It's got balconies and stairs, and there were a few that you could go straight out. They allow dogs, which I like because I probably will get one. Their cooking facility there is very good, but I didn't like the shower. I still sit down to take a shower and there is no seat. It's a stand-up shower, which is normal, but I would feel more comfortable if I had a little seat of some sort in there. That would be my only objection to that place. The staff was nice, very friendly, and informative. They showed the bad as well as the good. The snack I had there was quite good. Other than that, I can't rate the food. It's a very pleasant experience. They got a library, sitting rooms, a game room, a little workshop, and raised gardens where you can have a little pot and plant your own. They have just about everything you would need.

Brookdale Meridian Arvada was nice, but the rooms were small. The staff was very nice. They had an exercise room, a cafeteria, full meals, and activities. The people were nice.

We really liked Brookdale Meridian Arvada. The staff was over-the-top friendly. They greeted us and really made an effort. They were very informative and answered all our questions. We met the chef and even the maintenance guy. We were very impressed with them. We had lunch in the dining room. The food was not like five-star dining, but it was really quite good. They had a calendar of daily activities. It was a very good place.

The main reason for choosing Brookdale Meridian Arvada is the quality of the place overall, the look and feel of it, and the amenities. Probably the most important is the feel of the place with the staff that I met interacting with the residents. Location was also another factor. My mother is going into a one-bedroom apartment. She is at a three-level place set-up. There are three different hallways that come off from the center, so none of the residents has to walk very far to get to the dining room, to the rec center, and to the TV room. There is a convenience of the layout, which is very important. The place is older but they have done a great job in keeping it up-to-date and refurbished.

Brookdale Meridian Arvada was very nice. The area was nice too. The lady who helped me was nice and sweet. The pastry chef brought pastries and they were wonderful. The apartments were small, but they were very nice. I really liked Brookdale Meridian Arvada, but it was too expensive.

Brookdale was very nice, but it's not assisted living. It was near where I live. I've gone to some of their activities, which they have a lot of on a calendar. They sent me home with a pie, and I was really impressed. They were very gracious.

Meridian Arvada was very nice. I liked it. The apartments were small but clean and very nice. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was very impressed.

My father is at Meridian Arvada. The people seem friendly there. The accommodations are clean. He has been happy with the food. They have an exercise room, a movie room, and a library and go on excursions when the weather gets warmer, which my dad has taken advantage of. He has only been there for a little over a month, so I’m not sure I can identify anything for improvement yet. We have been happy with it.

Everybody is real friendly at Meridian Arvada. I've had dinner there a couple of times, and it's been really nice. The apartment itself is very organized and handicap-accessible, and equipped. The dining room is set up with tables, and my sister can put her electric wheelchair in there and have dinner. They play cards, and they have all kinds of games she can play. They have movie nights, crafts and groups.

My mom is at Meridian Arvada and so far it has been very good. She is in a one bedroom apartment and it's well maintained. They offer transportation, special field trips, and they have lots of activities scheduled at the facility. They have good variety when it comes to their food and she's happy. I've eaten there and the food seems fine. We really like the staff.

Meridian Arvada is pretty much the same as the others. It has one-bedroom apartments for seniors with one bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. They're very nice.

I had a very nice visit at The Meridian Arvada. The facility is very nice, as well as the room. The staff are very welcoming.

My mother and father-in-law have been in The Meridian for two months now. They can eat anytime they want, they can get whatever is on the menu at any time, the food was very good. They don't have to be seated with all the other people. It's a beautiful facility, newer than the other ones that I looked at. It's a 1-bedroom and we finally got them down to about $4000 a month. It was a little bit higher than we would have wanted but they still worked with the Veterans program but it's certainly expensive. The room has a kitchenette. They have wonderful staff, very nice people. The clients can walk anywhere and the park there is just beautiful. They have exercise activities everyday. They have yoga, tai chi and some sort of physical activity everyday, then they have organized outings to go to the casino.

I think Meridian is a fairly new facility and building are very nicely done. The interior had a very pleasant look. The place is clean. The surroundings had open grass where it went up a hill so there wasn’t much ground. It had a fence. The staff were great and they were able to call me back and followed up. I had the impression that people were older than I was so I didn’t go further with looking at the facility.

The place is very clean. We went there and it seemed very comfortable. All of the patients that I spoke were very happy to be there. They have different activities for everybody. All of the staff members from the front desk down to the orderlies were very friendly. They were so willing to work with you no matter what stage the parents/residents are in. I'm very happy with our tour at the Meridian.

I've been a resident at The Meridian Arvada for about 2 months now; and I couldn't be more pleased. I looked around quite a bit before here and none of them could compare to here both in price and excellent staff and friendly residents. It has a homey feeling that you won't find anywhere else. So if you're still looking for a place to stay, stop wasting your time and come to The Meridian Arvada.

The Meridian Arvada deserves a 5 star rating and more. The staff is friendly and always helpful, the food is wonderful, and there are always activities that interest me both in the community as well as outside activities. I love the fact that if I want to have lunch at 3 pm I can. I didn't like the fact that many other communities have set dining hours and I have to eat on their schedule and not mine. The apartments are large, have plenty of storage, and I have a wonderful view of the park and creek. It is very peaceful.

”Friendly helpful staff” –“ Delicious food!” – These were my son and daughter’s first impressions when they visited Meridian Arvada and enjoyed a Sunday brunch. They also had a tour of the public areas, and noticed how clean and well-maintained the rooms were. And then, on the basis of what they said, I moved cross-country and rented one of the apartments they viewed! They were right. Meridian Arvada is classy and well maintained. The meals are terrific, and the apartment I rented is lovely, and both are just what I wanted and needed for the next part of my life’s journey.
