Residences at Franklin Park was a nice place. It fits my budget because they are on an income basis. The apartments had one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The kitchen had a microwave, a stove, and a refrigerator, but no dishwasher. The staff was okay. It's a low-income housing senior citizen place. There was nothing fancy about it, and it didn't have special activities other than parties. You had to cook your own food.
