I had physical therapy and she was very professional and clean. I had to call the office about my insurance and they got my approval right away and gave me excellent care!! I refered them to my friend who had surgery and she lived the nurse too!!! Awesome company!!

Nursing staff are unprofessional. Office treats complaints like it is a joke. Questionable cleanliness of the nurse and therapist. They did not even wash their hands until I said something. Not a good agency.

Never have I been treated with less professionalism. I did not get all the care promised, and was discharged too soon. The occupational therapist never showed up, although my doctor ordered one. Few calls to the office and still no resolution. They only care about the money. Avoid this place!

Astra health care is the best! They have the nicest nurse and physical therapist! I had surgery and the wound got infected. I went home with IV's and it was a long recovery. The nurse even called me to make sure I was feeling ok even on a day she wasn't scheduled to come. When I had any questions I called the office and they were nice and responded immediately. I will want to have them back if I ever need home help again! I would recommend them to all my family!

Discharged me without telling me and I did not get the final evaluations that I was supposed to be receiving, mainly occupational therapy. I wanted someone to come into my home and determine how to improve functionality at home and try to reduce pain levels. I will just be going elsewhere.

Astra Home Health Care ruined my patients reputation and did not follow my wound care instructions at all. The patient had a nurse that told him he was a drug seeker even though in the year I treated this patient he never once had drug seeking behaviors. Once this label is put on a patient it is difficult for the patient to get passed it. They also criticized my patient care. The patient had vascular disease and was in need of a re-vascularizing procedure. The entire wait to be re-vascularized the nurse kept telling the patient I didn't know what I was doing and went against my instructions. The patient became very ill and this nurse told him that his symptoms were not a sign of infection. The nurse's choice to not follow any of my instructions in the end cost my patient a limb.
