V-Esprit is a beautiful facility, but it's truly independent care. There's no food, but there is a restaurant off campus that's close by that has reasonably priced food. It's a very nice place, but if you need food, you're not going to get it there. They've got lots of activities, from what I can tell. I only spent an hour and a half there, but they advertise and show that they have a lot set up for the residents. They're associated with a wellness club and it's free to use to all residents, but it's about 400 yards away from the building. The staff was very friendly.

I toured V-Esprit, but they're totally booked and didn't have anything. They said it would take up to almost 90 days. I checked last week because I think it was close to 60 days, and there are still no openings. The access for cars there, I guess they only got seven spots. It is considered in the underground garage, not a full personal garage; which was a downfall. Plus, they didn't have the security for medical like the other location we saw. The staff and a couple of people that we were with were excellent. The rooms are pretty good, and they got things that people can do. They don't have meals, but down the street a little bit, there's a bistro that residents can either have delivered to their room or they can go down to the bistro and have something to eat. The room was just a 1-bedroom, and I don't think it had a balcony. The kitchen and the living room were in the same space. On the inside was a cocktail bar, several sitting areas, a theater, a library, and a fireplace (a little one). Outside they got walking paths, and there are 14 acres of property with sitting areas. They have a wellness center, beauty salon, and a spa. They have an apartment if you have a guest that's staying overnight. They also have puzzles throughout the hallways where people can either sit and do them or check them out. It was high dollar, and you wouldn't have meals. To me it was fine because I do my lean cuisines and salads. If it's wintertime, you don't want to go down to the bistro and walk down there. They only had seven spots for underground parking when it snows or tailing, and I don't want my car outside.

V-Esprit was a nice place. I can imagine living there. The patio homes were nice, but I'm not really interested in a patio home. I did not like the apartments. It was fine, but I wasn't really excited about it. The staff during the tour was good. They don't have meals there.

V-Esprit was nice, clean, friendly, and open. The floor plans were nice. Peter was the one who gave us a tour. We saw what they have available, the rooms and how everything is laid out. It is out of our price range, however, it's something where we're looking at our options. The rooms are spacious, upgraded, and have granite backsplash. It seems like it has new carpets, we can paint like accent walls if you choose to. It's easily accessible and has patios and you can walk out on all of them, whether it be a balcony or a yard, depending on which room. Overall, it's a great experience. The only drawback was it was totally out of our price range because they don't work with insurance, and is private pay only. They have a workout room, they have a library, board games, a putt-putt, or like a putting green outside. It's more of independent living instead of assisted living. The staff was pleasant and very friendly, there are no issues with them at all. They were perfect.

I was very impressed with V-Esprit and my friend paid a deposit to be on a waiting list for a unit. The person who did the tour for us was actually one of the owners of the property. And he was tremendous, he spent a lot of time with us, he was knowledgeable and did a good job in presenting a lot of the options. It was a very impressive place being an independent living community, with all its options available. They don't have a regular food service but they do have a bistro that you can go in and get meals on a pay basis. It wasn't open at the time we went there but our tour guide unlocked it and showed us the facility, then explained the system and explained the menu and prices. It was a beautiful community with incredible and beautiful views of the mountains. It has free access to an extensive health club, a swimming pool, more extensive grounds and walking paths within the community. These are more suitable for a younger crowd. They also have a back deck and more areas for sitting or lounge areas.

The guy at V-Esprit was very friendly. They had a bistro where you can order stuff and they had a dining area. They had an exercise room and a room where you can watch Netflix movies as well as DVDs. The staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait for anybody. The guy was out there and he met with me right away. He was awesome and he greeted me at the door. The rooms were good sized.

I visited V-Esprit and liked it. The staff was friendly, open, and answered all my questions. I saw a sample of all three kinds of rooms that they have. They had a one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and a two-bedroom patio home. They had amenities and were connected with the wellness center down the street. They had a library, theater, and the usual stuff. They showed me the activities sheet, there was an event going on as we were going through. They also have transportation to things like the grocery store. They don't serve meals there.

V-Esprit was a great community. They showed me the one- and two-bedroom apartmetns, and cottage homes, and all of them were nice and comparable to other places. They had a ton of stuff, transportation, and a little golf cart so they can move you around on the grounds if they need to. They also had an activities center in the building, a swimming pool, library, and a movie theater. It goes on and on like a little city. The staff member, Peter, and the receptionist were great. On the receptionist's desk, they had a list of people who were visiting that day. The first thing I saw was "Hello Marietta" on a big sign, which was kind of cute. They also had a tenant who just moved in greeting people as you came in and telling you about her experience there. That was different from the other places. They had a cafeteria or restaurant on site.
