My father-in-law will be moving to Renew Saddle Rock Memory Care next year. We liked it because it has a low resident population, it was just a single level, and they specialize only in memory care. The staff members are all amazing. Their facilities include two courtyards, a game room, a chapel, and two bar seating areas.

My 96 year old mother was at the facility for the last few months of her life. I was there a lit to visit and was able to observe the care or not only my mother got that other patients as well. The staff is very caring and very patient. I felt that my mother was taken very good care of and the communication was excellent between myself and everyone at the facility. I would highly recommend Renew to anyone that has a loved one with a memory care problem. They had activities every day and overall, a very impressive community.

My mother was in Renew Saddle Rock Memory Care before she passed. They were very nice, very accommodating, and talked with me. We had to confer about medications, they were really upfront, but she fell, and never made it out of quarantine. The quarantine activities were limited. She was getting a lot of one on one. They said she was getting along with the other person, and she was making the adjustment; I have nothing negative against them. They had a common pod area, a bistro area, little portal sessions within the main thing where they could go into bigger activities, and then work with a small group. It seemed to be clean, accommodating, and they gave them a lot of attention. She was slated to move into the companion suite with another lady.

My mom is here. It's a very nice facility, but it's still an institution. It's brand new, clean, very well-maintained, and the rooms are nicer than other places. The staff is good. They have a common area, a restaurant, and a bar. They have outdoor activities and they take people on trips to local stores.
