If I could give no stars I would. My cousin was only a resident for 2 1/2 weeks. She was the only resident in Building #2. When she needed help she had to call over to other buildings #1 and #3 which was memory care. My cousins back spasms made her cry out in pain and calling for medication or help to the restroom were futile. There was often one staff member for all three buildings. Her food always came cold and not what she had ordered.on the last night she was there my cousin experienced shortness-of-breath. She presses her call button 9 times in an hour and no one cane to assist her. She called the paramedics herself and when she got to the hospital she needed open heart surgery. Jennifer, the director defended her poor staff performance, but there is no excuse for neglect. Cadence has been remodeled recently but there are few residents and very few staff. I hope this helps other potential residence make he decision to go somewhere else.

I visited Cadence Aurora. What I liked best about this place was the staff who gave me the tour. Her name was Terry and she was extremely helpful and very informative. The place itself was physically beautiful and well-maintained. The layout of the studios and the one bedroom were aesthetically pleasing and practical. I saw the menu and it looked very interesting, but I didn't try any food.

I liked everything about Cadence Aurora. However, they're much too expensive. They're just the very same price that we're paying now, and we just can't afford it. I only met the one marketing person and she was very informative, and the tour was very nice. Everything was great. I saw a studio and it was pretty overfurnished. It had a bed and then a loveseat in it, but they're in the remodeling stage right now, and so things were not where they normally would be. They had a very nice dining area and they have exercise equipment, but again, it was misplaced because of renovations. It was very clean.

Cadence Aurora was very nice and very clean with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did different projects. They had a calendar with some events on it every day with different groups within. Food is included in the price as well as the care plan. They do the laundry, housekeeping, prescriptions, monitoring, and all that.

The tour experience at Cadence Aurora was very good. The community was very nice. We saw their assisted living. They did an excellent job of giving us a tour and explaining all the processes. The apartments were very clean and nice. The place looked very nice.

My mother moved into Cadence Aurora. We actually had a referral from a friend that my son went to baseball with for that location, so that was awesome. The place is exceptionally clean. The staff is amazingly friendly, outgoing, and willing to do whatever it takes to help the seniors. The food is delicious. They did everything they can to help the transition go as good as possible for my mom. They did pumpkin decorating and an interactive tour of Denmark. It's as affordable as you can probably find. I feel wonderful about it. They're very stringent on their check-in and check-out policies, taking temperatures, and masking.

Our visit to the Cadence Aurora was good, but it was just too far away and next to a loud freeway. The place that we have to select for my mother has to be close to us, with the horrible traffic we have out here. The rooms were not bad; I just didn't like the whole layout of the ones that are available. It only has a kitchenette, and I needed a full kitchen. They also didn't come with a washer and dryer in their room, and I definitely wanted that for my mother as well. They have very nice staff though, and the facility was pretty clean and nice.

They allowed animals, so it wasn't going to work for my mother. The residents didn't appear happy and looked lethargic. We ate dinner, and the food was wonderful. The dining area looked good. They didn't really have a list of activities for their residents. The apartments were very small and would not work for my mother at all.

It looked like a good place for my dad. We have toured it, and the place is very clean and nice. Their dining area is nice and clean as well. Their security looked fine to me. I did not see any activities, but they do have bus trips for the residents.

The rooms were beautiful. The facility is very lovely, and it was more than what I expected. The staff are very pleasant, nice, and caring, but my parents are not ready to move in yet to any facility, so we just visited the place.
