The Courtyards at Mountain View is very nice and they provide us three meals a day. They mainly focus on the food which is very good and restaurant-style. Our experience is very good. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you out. The activities are good and they have good entertainment. They also have a nice little exercise place. They also have very good transportation wherever you need to go. We don't have a lot of outside excursions though. The surroundings are very nice. The courtyard has a fountain. My room has very nice windows with white wooden blinds. They also have some flowering trees and they're doing some of the landscaping so they'll be putting in more plants, so the outside is kept up very well. Their food and dining area are excellent. They're going to expand their restaurant so there'll be more space. They have some kind of fish every night, as well as some kind of meat. They have about three to four entrees like chef salad, hotdog or hamburger. You can get pretty much anything you want. They serve wine or beer with dinner, so there are no extra expenses. I'm in independent living, but they also have assisted.

After looking at many (14) Independent Living communities in the Denver area, my mom landed at Brookdale Mountain View. On our visit, we were greeted with friendly smiles and happy residents. We found a spacious studio and it's a great location into Cherry Creek and the airport. In addition to a happy and pleasant environment she wanted covered parking, which she now has, and she also loves having a washer/dryer in her unit. My mom is a very active working senior and has already made new friends.

Brookdale Mountain View is very good. My apartment is spacious and beautiful with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. You can cook your own food, or you can have their meals. I like that the people are friendly.

My mom has been at Heritage Club for 7 years. It’s a lovely facility. It’s 7 years old. It needs a new coat of paint, but they’re working on it. The rooms are bigger. They have a full kitchen with a stove and oven, a regular refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. It has a washer and dryer right in the apartment. It’s like living in a little apartment and it has big, bright, sunny windows. The staff is lovely. They’re very nice, very friendly and very helpful. I know everybody, and they know us.

Heritage club is a good facility and my mom is happy there. The building is pretty big and she?s got her own apartment. She?s in independent living but there?s a nurse station in every floor taking care of their medications. The food is really good, they have a nice restaurant there and my mom eats there every day. They had activities. They have a nice library and game room, they show movies, and they have church service. They take people out on field trips to botanic gardens and places like that and they take them out shopping one day a week.
