I have been to Plymouth Village Redlands. The one thing really nice about that place is when you want to move there, when you're in your later 60s, then they will care for you until the passing of your life. Once you move in the fee doesn't go up at all. I had gone there several times through my church, and we had done a lot of singing there and visiting there. We were together in small groups, and it seemed like people for the most part were pretty content with being there and the care and attention they were being given. The touring bus that they have there is always ready and open to take people to places in the evening time and the day time, not just here in Redlands, but even outside Redlands. We went to the dining room and it reminded me of my mother's and my grandmother's cooking, it's a huge variety, it's not repetitive of each other, week in and week out, and even month to month, it's very unusual, and very different. When we were all outside walking around, the staff all greeted us and welcomed us there.

I was impressed with Plymouth Village because they had modernized it. You move in and can be there until the end because they have the ability to offer long-term care. If a person can afford this place, then it would be really nice. It's a place for people who can take care of themselves. You can get a golf cart to get around to the different places within the community. The thing I liked about it was if a couple moved in there and one got bedridden, they still had a place for that person and the other person could stay as well. Their dining hall was nice, neat, and clean. They had a very good variety of food. The staff was very good, and the place was nice and clean.

Hello I fell and broke my femur and shoulder on October 6 th. After my surgery and hospital stay I was transferred to Plymouth Village Rehab. My daughter knew what my needs were so she went to several top rated Rehabilitation Centers in our area. She walked thru each facility and met with their therapy department at each location. Plymouth Village ended up being my daughter’s first choice. I have been here 10 days now. When I first arrived I was helpless. I lost my ability to walk and had to keep my broken shoulder in a sling with no movement allowed. The past 10 days have been amazing. I’m now able to gain some of my independence back again. I have occupational and physical theraphy 5-6 days per week. When I finish each session I feel so uplifted. I felt all alone when this unplanned challenge came it me. The employees at Plymouth Village aren’t employees,. They are ANGELS! Thawandamcnk you for all the love you have given me! May God Bless you. Wanda McGinty I

The rehab portion of Plymouth Village is a disgrace. They discharged my mom before she was even partially rehabbed, then called Adult Protective Services on ME because I refused to sign paper work stating she was being "appropriately discharged." What a morally bankrupt thing to do! It would appear that Teresa, the administrator who orchestrated this, chooses spite over understanding. After visiting us and seeing the excellent care I was giving my mother, the APS social worker assigned to this bogus case took only minutes to close it and was stunned by what the facility had done to us. Shame on you, Plymouth Village.

Plymouth Village was a very different place because you can be independent and have your own little home all the way up to almost hospice care. It offered a lot for someone who is willing to stay there for a really long time, but it was quite expensive. I thought the staff people were very pleasant.

We went to Plymouth Village. It was nice, but not as nice as the other community we visited. It is more independent living. The room was also very nice. It was slightly larger.

Everything looks fine at Plymouth Village. They have more to offer than what we need. The food was fine. They have a lot of activities in that facility.

I chose this place for my mother. They have a lower price and they provide meals. It is very small. The other places offer more than what my mother really needed. The place is clean and the staff is nice.

Plymouth Village provides a wonderful environment for all levels of living with or without assistance. My mother lives in the independent duplexes but receives a small level of assistance with medication (beyond what that 'independent' level provides ~ which includes many things like house keeping, transportation, maintenance, etc). There are options to buy in and live there the remaining wonderful years of her life and be assured that she will be taken care of no matter what her financial situation comes to. Or, she can just rent month to month and be available to move elsewhere if she so chooses. The options are nice to have. The quality of service, food, activities and assistance with financial issues is very good. It is wonderful to hear from my Mom that she enjoys the community, the activities and the beautiful landscaping of that community. Her quality of life and health (mental and physical) has improved greatly with the consistent care and activity opportunities provided; activities that she would not be able to access if she lived completely alone in her own home. I highly recommend this community for any family or friend who would like to live in a beautiful, caring environment without the worries of living completely alone.
