Our Memory Care Neighborhood is a place for our residents to receive the support and assistance they need while feeling as much “at home” as possible. The goal of “Moments” program is to design an environment for our residents living with dementia to maximize awareness and orientation. We are here to help retain abilities and maintain their independence as long as possible. It is designed to fulfill Ridgeline’s mission: creating an environment where moments of joy, independence, and wellness provided each and every day.

The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice, very pleasant, and updated. It's a fairly new facility, so there's not too much wear and tear. The lady was very accommodating, pleasant, and provided a lot of information. She was very knowledgeable. The menu looked very good and the dining room was nice. Everything was just very pleasant. They were having a happy hour then and they seemed to be happy.

We went to The Vistas for my mother. They were nice people. The staff members were very friendly. It was all good. The rooms were very nice and more than sufficient. They were clean, very nice, and very friendly. The surroundings were very nice. We found nothing wrong with it, but it was just not the right time for my mother. The location was fine. It was on the outskirts of Redding and it was easily accessible.
The amenities were very nice. They had a dining room, a hair salon, and a movie theater, which were all very nice. The place just seemed very nice. It hit all the marks, but the cost was a little bit high. We looked at the menu and it all seemed good. They had craft sessions and cocktails in the afternoon. It was all around very good. The place was new and clean, and the rooms were really nice. Everything was good.

I went to The Vistas. The community is topnotch. The staff is topnotch. I met the chef and I ate there and it was good. They have a lot of interesting activities. They have a masseuse on-call. The apartments are about 25 square feet bigger than the other place and they seem very nice. They have a lot of cupboard space.

My impression of the Vistas is that it was well ran, well maintained, very clean, and that the people who lived there seemed very happy. It was a new building that I was very impressed with. The rooms looked really nice, and the people who worked there seemed to be enjoying their job. I saw a pool table and a theater room.

The Vistas is a beautiful, fairly new, and spacious facility. The patients’ rooms are spacious and very lovely with high ceilings and quality materials. They have assisted living and a very active memory care program. It’s one of the more expensive facilities in town.

I visited The Vistas Assisted Living, and the community was excellent. I saw a one-bedroom apartment, and I absolutely liked it. They gave me a whole lot of activities that they plan for their people. They have a lot of things going on. It’s just a pleasant and happy place. Everybody there was very happy and seemed very positive. The dining area was beautiful and had plenty of room and four people to a table. The menu was very impressive.

The Vistas was a nice facility. There's not a lot to look at out the windows, but we really like the facility. The rooms were nice, big, and clean. The people were out and busy playing dominoes and watching TV. We liked the staff, and it seemed like they would be able to provide.

My husband is at The Vistas. They offer field trips, cocktail hours. They go out to the theater to see movies. They have people come in and play piano. They have jazz men. They have exercise classes. There is always something going on.

I liked The Vistas Assisted Living and Memory Care very much. I liked the facility, I liked the staffing, and I liked their concept in memory care for people with dementia.

My mother has resided here since 2008 after suffering from the after effects of shingles at the age of 88. She had trouble settling in but eventually loved being here. She enjoys the workers who all call her by name and enjoys the social life. We would recommend this facility. My mother has received excellent care. She will reach the age of 99 in May and we believe it is due to their care and concern for her well being.
