My dad's move-in process to Holiday Shasta Estates was easy. They took care of everything and they were very attentive. The staff members are all great so far. The place is all very clean and neat. They have a spectacular saltwater aquarium at the entryway, and it's decorated seasonally. Their dining area is restaurant style so they're served at their tables. I've eaten there a few times already and the food's been very good. They have quite a lot of activities. They have a happy hour and social hour a couple of times a week in the afternoons, bingo, religious services, and all sorts of exercises, like chair exercises and stuff.

We've recently placed mom at Holiday Shasta Estates. I'm very impressed with the staff. They seem to be very well-trained in dealing with elderly people that have medical problems. They are very approachable. Any questions I've had, they've been readily able to answer them. I'm very impressed with how caring everybody there appears to be. So far, I don't have any complaints about what I see in that facility. The place is very beautiful. It's almost like a townhouse appearance because of these individual apartments. They have balconies on the upper floors and they're nice. It is clean and modern, and everything is beautiful inside. Nice and clean carpeting in the rooms. They have a lot of extra rooms for people to go and congregate. There's a library, a beauty shop, and a movie room. It seems like they try to have a lot of accommodations for people to just kind of spread out. It is geared towards comfort for the residents there. I have tried the food and it's good. Mom is not too picky, so she likes the food. I'm really happy with this facility so far.

My mother is returning back to Shasta Estates that she's been living at. They're very helpful. It is community living, but they have assisted living skills. The best part was the caring staff and the extra skills (that is the skilled nursing). It's a large community; however, with COVID that's been difficult. She has food services provided, but it tended to be a little bit bland. She would have to ask for salt and pepper. They have a lot of activities. They have a gym, a salon, a courtyard, a community room where there is always something going on, and a bus for transportation.

Shasta Estates was nice. I liked a lot of different things that they had at the facility. It's a lovely facility. I like the apartments; however, the only thing that they had available wouldn't have worked for my mom and stepfather. The person who assisted me was very personable, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very welcoming. The dining area was very nice, but we didn't test the food. It smelled good, but we weren't able to eat anything. There was a lot to do, and the activity list was very good.

We liked Shasta Estates. It would have been a choice if my father-in-law could have handled it, but right now he's pretty much flat on his back 24 hours a day. It didn't work out to be an option, but we liked it. One of the misgivings we had was kind of the upstairs downstairs environment where things were pretty far apart. The person had to be kind of ambulatory, and that was a drawback for us. We weren't too sure he'd be able to move around very much in that environment because things were too far apart. We were going to go with that one if he could have handled it because we felt the care level was higher. They were shampooing the carpets when we were there. The chef brought us smores that he had just cooked.

We visited Shasta Estates for my wife, and it's a newer unit, so everything was more modern and a little new. It's very well staffed, and it handles more people. It's two or three stories tall. They had a very large staff, and they're very nice. They gave us a packet with all the menus, and stuff for that for the month. It was very accessible. It was kind of out in the country and kind of wooded all around, it is very nice. I was close to shopping and close to the hospital. It was like within 5 to 10 minutes at the most. They have movie nights, and they have big three or four rooms with a TV. They have a community room, they have a community dining room, and they have mail service. They have a transportation service if you need to go to the doctor or something.

I saw Shasta Estates. It was very nice, it's just beautiful, very large, and gorgeous when you walk in. The staff was wonderful. I saw a studio and a 1-bedroom, and they're both very nice. It was more than adequate and well lit. They have plenty of parking space. It was homey, but it was not as friendly as the one I chose.

My sister moved into Shasta Estates and it seemed very nice. The rooms were nice and clean. I had lunch there and the food was delicious. Everybody seemed very happy there. The staff member who helped me there was very nice and outgoing. They play cards, have happy hour, and play different games.

Shasta Estates is a beautiful place. We had lunch there, and it had wonderful food. I would recommend it to anyone. The people were very nice. It was a really pleasant experience. I really liked the place. The dining area was very nice. It had nice windows, and it was clean and comfortable. They had activities posted. I saw their bus out, so I know that they take people out and about.

My father-in-law went with us to tour Shasta Estates. It was very nice, but if he signed his name, he'd automatically be stuck with a three-month payment whether he stayed there or not. That is like stealing from a senior, I feel. The food was great. The rooms were very nice and had a choice of a studio or a one-bedroom. They had a lot of things going on every day. For looks, friendliness, and food, it's a 5, but for policy and paperwork, it's a 1.

Shasta Estates was a very large place with a nice dining room. I toured a nice studio and one-bedroom apartment. They had a chapel, a library, guest apartment, and a laundry room.

I liked Shasta Estates a lot. It seemed to be a happy, clean, and friendly place. The employee was great and helped me understand about aging and dementia. I looked at one room that was very lovely, clean, nice, and spacious. The grounds were nice enough, but it would have been nicer to have more grounds, more greenery, yards, and garden areas.

Shasta Estates is a very nice facility. It is a little more expensive but more upgraded compared to the other facilities I have visited. The rooms are studios, and residents can bring in their furniture. The staff was fine. They have a pool table and a lot of other activities. It seems like it's a very nice place.

Shasta Estates is very nice. They feed me three meals a day and take me to the doctor and everything. My apartment is heated and air-cooled, and it's two rooms. The food is good. They feed 100 people there, and there are 125 apartments in the building. We watch TV and go on picnics.

Shasta Estates is first class. It is a very nice place. It is well-kept and very well maintained. It leaned more towards people who are ambulatory. Most of the residents have cars. It is more independent living, but they do have some people who need assistance. Those people get around good with canes and walkers. A lot of them are married. It is a very different setting than what we are looking for. The rooms and apartment here are first class. The food is very good. They have a very good cook. The manager is a retired cop, and his wife is a retired nurse. They are managing the place, and they are very good. The place is brand new. Everything was new and spotless. We had dinner with a bunch of them, and they were very happy. It just didn't fit our needs, and it is more expensive.

The Shasta Estates was a very nice facility. I liked everything: the atmosphere in the dining and the interaction with the people that gave us a tour. The rooms were very well done. It's a newer facility. It's very open and very nice. The staff was all very friendly, very helpful. They take them to the town 3 days a week. They have walks, they have bingo. They do a lot there. It was very clean, very well done. It was definitely the best place I've seen.

Everything about Shasta Estates is nice and clean. There are a lot of nice people and they take good care of us. I'm quite happy with my surroundings. The food is not quite as good as it could be but it's edible.
