Very unprofessional, no communication between staff, refuse to let you talk to loved ones who are patients here, fail to give meds on time, failed to answer call buttons, no communication when shifts change no updates reports of patients

Ventura Post Acute was OK but understaffed. The people at the logistics and the ones setting up transportation for doctors appointments were great and super helpful. I had cookies that were good.
