I was able to do a tour of New Bethany. The front desk staff was very nice, helpful, and positive. I was only able to see the dementia unit. I saw the residents playing cards and walking around. They also had a garden, and the overall facility was well-maintained.

My brother was in New Bethany in Los Banos a year ago for three months. We liked it because it's here in town. It's a little expensive, but it's easier for me. It's very nice, very clean, well done, and I don't have anything bad to say about it. It's not super exceptional, but they treated him well there.
The facility itself was absolutely gorgeous. It's well landscaped, it has a well-furnished inside, and it's very cozy. They also had it well done on the holidays.
The staff was very good, friendly, and helpful.
For activities, they had a game room.
