Our experience being in The Oasis Community is very good and I've been here for 16 years. They're all single-family homes, independent living. It's a beautiful community that's gated so there's high security, and it's well-kept. The staff is very helpful, they do a good job. They don't provide any meals but there are lots of activities and lots of clubs and committees to volunteer on. They've got a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts. There's a large clubhouse that's beautifully done, it's been redecorated in the last few years. There's also a gym, a library and a lot of available exercise classes. It's reasonable in terms of value for the money. It's in an attractive location, Menifee is a relatively small city, about 100,000 people, but it's growing quickly. There's lots of shopping very close by, so it's a very well situated location.
