I think the facility is well maintained & clean .. I would love to really able to have my brother residence there.

It is a new facility located in an extremely bad area of town, but having said that, it can and hopefully will become a safe place one can call home.
As for being wheelchair friendly, it is for the most part, but again, it needs some attention.
