My sister is living in a 55+ community called Woodbridge. They have individual houses, and most of them have two-bedroom and two-baths. They have bingo, cards, swimming, and a gym. It’s not a gated community, but I haven’t heard of any problems, and what impressed me the most is the open floor plan of the home.
