The communication in this facility is terrible. If you need to speak with a certain person you will be put on hold for half an hour. It takes forever after you push the call button to get anybody’s attention to get to the bathroom. You go in for rehab and you get the Corona virus. The sanitation is very bad .

I wouldn't go to Vintage Faire Residential. I was there for rehab and it was very bad. I was there for 3 weeks and didn't hardly get any rehab at all. If I needed help, I got some, and that's about it. I thought I was there, and they would help me get rehab, but that wasn't true. I suggest that they have adequate staffing, and when you're there for rehab you should get rehab.

Vintage Faire seemed to work out pretty well for her before she passed away. My cousin told me that my aunt was happy, and they seemed to give very good care. The dining room was nice and roomy. The place seemed very clean and well-kept, and the staff was very nice.

The only plus I saw at this hospital was how clean it was. RN's, CNA's or whoever else they said should resond to patient call buttons would not respond right away. Went in several times when call button was dangling from wall instead of being clipped to my dad or bed. Dad ended up having a heart attack in this hospital and call button was not attached to him. If it wasn't for the patient also in this room, my dad might not be here. There was another time when I needed to get my dad back in bed because of the several stomach pains he was going through. It took them 45 minutes to help me and I still had to go look for someone after requesting this 3 times. Several other things happened there too, but the good one. Dad was experiencing stomach pains for almost two weeks. Finally had a doctor look at him and gave orders to have him looked at by GI Doctor. After almost a week of asking everyday, when this would be done, I finally asked for the facility they were sending him to. I called that facility and no orders were ever sent in for my dad to be seen. Called the hospital back and dad was seen the next dad at another medical group. I was told I had to understand there might be other patients in more pain than my dad.
